To each his (her) own. My mind connects platforms with drag queens who I don't find sexy at all. A single sole classic style pump with a 3 to 5.5 inch heel can't be beat (TO ME).

While persoanlity, intelligence and attitude are important to me, I would prefer that they are presented on high heels with pretty feet and toes in them. I want it all.

I have some flats that I will wear outside at night. All my other purchases are for indoors only.

Often people notice but feel it would be prying and/or rude to comment. Many in business situations refrain from commenting to avoid harassment or discrimination litigation. The third group just doesn't notice. Enjoy being you.

To gallux, as long as you're both alive it is never too late to tell your SO about your shoe preferences. As vector was saying, you can approach her discussing styles and maybe throw in a comment or two about what you would like to see on her, and by the way you wouldn't mind wearing them yourself. Just don't blurt it out to her as a "confession".

I've been watching "Scandal" and I now have the hots for Bellamy Young (Mellie).

Attached are some pics of my latest additions.  6" heels and flats.  Both are comfortable and very good looking.  The heels are definitely in the party shoe class, but they are remarkably stable, much more so than my next highest platforms which are 5.5".

 

I seem to enjoy both flats and higher heels, but not heels in between.  If I'm wearing heels, I want them to feel like real heels, not kitten heels.  (I bought a pair with 2.5" heels and can't even seem to put them on long enough to take pictures.)

 

The below additions are much more worthy of the expenses.

I like the peek-a-boo effect of the flats. Where did you find them?

Back on topic. Those are on fire. I'll check those out in person next time I'm at Payless that has them. The two nearest me don't.

I've noticed that every season Payless knocks off at least one high-end style, and they usually do a good job of it too. Looks like they did it here.

The sandals are beautiful but they seem too large for the model(s)..

Lighter colored stockings or bare legs would show off the shoes more.

It always disturbs my psyche to see young 10 or 11 year old girls dressed up like a woman with heels and all, especially when its just street wear and not a pageant type situation. What it does is sexualizes a child and that can lead to the girl having experiences she's not ready for.

If the heel of the Lollipowp is too high or too slim for anybody, they should stick to flats. This is s lwo-to mid-heel shoe that should be easy on the feet and ankles.

Episode that aired on 4-21-2013 entitled Red Velvet Cupcakes dealt, very nicely I think, with foot and shoe fetishism. Did anyone else see it? What are your thoughts?

Blackpatent, what kind of camera are you using? Not to be critical but your pics are painfully small on my monitor. Is there any way you can upsize them to at least 320x240?

Friday was such a hectic day, I didn't have a chance to post the shoes that I wore! So, belatedly, here they are...they are call "Boo Boo" by Nine West...and they are in one of my favorite colors!
