It's no more than Kylie was doing about ten years ago.

I think HHeeler raised a good point. Most of us started in our mum's heels as prepubescents when the last thing on our minds would have been fashion. We put the heels on and we liked it, simple. The question I would ask though is "Do men like wearing heels?". Judging by the way that heels for men is slow to catch on I'm guessing that the answer for all but a tiny minority of men is a resounding "no!".

It's because you have it cached. I got some Anthony Swofford character... The link is to some kind of online news programme not to a specific story and so it will change daily.

I hardly drive in anything else than heels. I haven't had an accident in 18 years.
-
I'm wearing flipflops right now because an enormous horse stood on my foot the other day and broke a toe!
-
ha, I got a Fathers' Day card from my daughter... it felt so weird after 18 months of being a woman!

my name is not comfy loafer, it's heelguy... "newbie"
Indeed. The name is in the grey bar along the top of the post. The thing above the avatar is a post rank.

No, the demise of the Euro is due to the severe financial crises in Greece and Ireland. The Greeks seem to regard paying tax as a lifestyle choice and the tax incentives to attract inward investment in Ireland were unsustainable. This is exactly what was predicted when the Euro was first proposed.

There is no way to shrink footwear. your idea of stuffing them is the only way. However, the 'geometry' of the boot will make it uncomfortable.

Yes, it's only called that, it isn't actually turned upside down. They serve crap beer too.

They're usually nailed in so the only way to tighten it is to take it off and get a cobbler to re-attach it.

What do you mean "Glad They Are Available"? They're not available unless you happen to have female sized feet and no bigger than a 41 at that!

Only problem there is that every road would become a toll road.
They will probebly just require the cars to be fit with some elaborate filling device so we have to buy the "fuel" at an autherized reseller. After all hydric acid (water) is a real hazardous substance.
Reminds me of the time when we had a tank truck over turn on the highway and they closed it down to bring in haz-mat guys to clean it up and all it was, was vinegar.
T&H
No, it was probably Acetic Acid which is what vinegar is. I have carried Acetics that will burn a hole right through your hand in a matter of seconds. Somebody probably said, "it was acetic acid." and then the next guy said, "but that's what vinegar is.". Before long you have that story going around. Spill an acetic and it has to be dealt with in all seriousness even if it is as weak as vinegar.

I agree most wholeheartedly at9. This is not an English Language Forum but there is still no excuse for sloppiness. As I said before, I find that non-native English writers are better than those for whom English is their mother tongue. It is only the titles I'm bothered about because it takes comparatively little effort to get it right. We are bound to have grammar, spelling, syntax and punctuation errors in the post itself. Meganwish, you do write like an educated person so I am not at all surprised to see that you're a teacher.

About 6.5" to 7" depending on the pitch.

Or in later life when you start to realise how important it all is.

I was rocking 5.5inch stilettos at a wedding yesterday...

High heeled thigh or over the knee boots usually.

Now that's funny because I used to live in London and never got a negative comment. Even in my neighbourhood which was regarded as a tough area I never had a problem.

Firstly, I don't think of any of them as heels as such because IMO anything less than 4" cannot be classed as a high heel. The only pair I almost liked were the mules in the first picture as they are identical to my slippers I wear round the house.

So the sole has been made in two colours? This means that if you remove the black you will be left with whatever the colour the sole is actually made with. This almost certainly will not be red and possibly won't be black.

I looked at it about 10 years ago. I decided then that I would just concentrate on having a decent first life without having to resort to a virtual life owning things that don't exist...

I think every city has good spots and bad spots for all kinds of alternative fashion.

I do everything in heels except go to work. Heels and caring for horses are not compatible.
