  1. HI all,

A while ago, I bought some ankle boots by Unze, and eventally the need got the better of me and I went back and bought another pair...

Firstly the heels on these foots are truely fantastic, lots of metal and sculpting.

Secondly I found a shop on the south coast that sells them. I went it to see what wares they were selling. They has 3/4 pairs of boots (as it's a jewellery shop, a new side line for them). Anyway, the lady was helpful, and I said "well actually there for me", she looked even more exited, getting out all the boots in my size they had; size 8 - the lergest they go, so I could try them on. Teeny tiny little shop, but very helpful lady, and the assistant was unphased and help unpack and repack them.

Big thimbs up all round for cool shoes and service!

Here's a link to their boots

The shop is called gervis place on gervis place!

Gervis Place, bournemouth (pop it in multimap if you're headed that way)

It's behing Beals, opposite Jones the bootmaker - right in the centre of Bournemouth.

  2. Clever shoe people: I've just bough a pair of boots, they were "mode in pella" so I had to have them, especially as they were in the sale...but they're pink. They're made of soft leather with a suede section at the back - paint, cream or wax for the main part, and what would I use on the suede?

  3. A friend of mine owns a black RS6, which is the Rally Sport version of the A6 (so slighly smaller that the A8). He paid £45,000 ,3 years old. No idea what the engine was but when the second turbo kicked in at about 105mph, I didn't care about the engine size or cost! This this was crazy quick, I've never pulled away from 100 mph to reach 140 mph! Madness, but cracking fun!

  4. Well, regardless of if they're horrible or not... pointy shoes sticking out of jeans will become common, ergo I can wear my heels without even the odd look! At least someone in the high street fasion world is making a little effor to show blokes different shoes! LOL

    Blimey!

I've seen these shoes in real like - they are really pointy, like point heels opposed to winkle pickers.

Looking good for the chaps! And ladies, if you want to wear them and can find a pair that fit you! (You'll know how frustrating it is to want those killer heels and they stop at a 41 when you're a 43 :D )

  6. 1/ Met up with Heelfan (great fella) and Mel in their super shop in Bristol 2/ Wandered down Oxford St in a pair of 4 in heels 3/ went heel shopping in 4 in heels on Oxford St! 4/ tried on lots of shoes and boots in shops all over the UK and only 1 poor response (in Bath, I got "actully they look cooler than I thought they would")
