  1. (Chuckle). In our case, #2 came out first, #1 wasn't raised.

This is what my wife said when she found out. Its the way the female mind works, they can't understand the excitment and fun that men get wearing women's clothes. But if you question their sexuality because they were trousers all the time they get very upset.

  2. Concern for her kid, no I don't blame her at all. Wanting to keep tabs on her, again, no problem. Even taking her hand, fine. But to flash me a dirty look while backing away? I was dressed nicely (just came from work) and wasn't making any threating moves to her or her daughter. I just thought the whole backing away as if I was some axe murder a bit over the top.

Who knows what goes through the femail mind!

  3. Forget about trying to give up wearing high heels because you will never do it, concentrate on excepting it and how you are going to live your life with it. When I was 16 along time ago, I developed a fetish for long straight black skirts which women were wearing at the time. I soon discovered that it was even more fun to wear them with high sling-back shoes which were also in fashion. Like you I went through periods of trying to give it up, but it only stressed me out and I would inevitable find myself at a remote location at night in a skirt and heels with an enormous feeling of relief washing over me. Every time I told myself this is the last time, I must get rid of my skirts and shoes. But the next day I would be sure to see a woman in a tight black skirt and high heels and I would think about wearing mine that night. I always thought that I would grow out of it but I never did. You will have the same problem, for were ever you go you will always see women in heels and it will bring it all back. Instead of letting it tear me apart I excepted it and learned to live with it. You will have to do the same. You can P.M me if you want any more help.

  4. See Gina Lollobrigitta in the Steve McQueen film, "Never so Few" its just been released by Warner Bros as a Steve McQueen DVD set. In the film Gina wears some stuning fifties outfits, one of the best is a fitted silk sheath dress in dark blue and gold. you won't be able to take your eyes off her. Talk about wow factor!!

  5. You sure can't beat those 50's films for glamour! I look out for the classics on DVD, i'm starting a collection. Someone gave me a Sophia Loren DVD set for Xmas, that women takes my breath away!!

  6. I've finally worked up the interest to get a below-the-knee length skirt. I'd want it to stop just there, though. Just to give it a whirl, if nothing else. I don't know for sure if I'd stick with it or not. My goal is to find a CD-friendly shop that would measure me and provide me with a simple enough, basic black something for test purposes.

I have to warn you Danielle that you might get to like it!

When I was at school all the women were wearing long straight skirts like the one that my avatar lady is wearing. These skirts were very controversial at the time because they were so restricting. I began to wonder what they must be like to wear, so at the first opportunity I tried one on (just to see what it was like) and was immediately hooked!

I bought my first straight black skirt when I was 17, I then bought some stiletto heeled sandals and a pair of women's panties to wear with it. Since then I have always owned more straight black skirts then trousers!

  7. I'm afraid its a sad fact of life that as women adopt a more masculine style of dress and abandon heels and skirts in favour of jeans and trainers they still expect the men in their lives to be wearing a suit and tie. You have to understand that most women think in a completely different way than we do. They do not understand the fun and pleasure that we get from wearing skirts and heels, to them they are just clothes. Its ok for a woman to wear jeans and Doc Martins, but if the man in her life wears heels, he is definitely crossdressing, properly gay or even a transsexual. You can talk to them for ever about fashion, freedom of choice etc, but at best they are still going to think its a bit weird and at worst they will think that you are making excuses for your sexuality. The best way to describe it is to say that wearing heels or skirts gives you the same high as eating chocolate! As for going through a phase, yeah I thought that when I was 16 and started wearing skirts and heels, that was 40 odd years ago! All I can say is that I'm glad it was not a phase because I have had an awful lot of fun in that time!

  8. Yesterday I was home alone so I tried on my sisters knee length skirt and put some other clothes on (and heels of course)

The problem is that i taped up the split at the back of the skirt so that it felt better when i walked in it, the only problem is that when i removed the tape the skirts material went very very bobbly where the tape had been (if you at all know what i mean)

The skirt is obviuosly tampered with and i had no choice to put it back, i tried to use one of these to help the situation

    but it didnt work

what should i do, let me know soon as posible

If you had steam ironed the skirt you would have properly got rid of the bobbles, but if you do Iron it, look at the washing label on the skirt to see what temp to set the Iron at. If the skirt is made from Polyester it could melt if you Iron it too hot!

  9. The first skirt that i stole (but replaced) from my sister has been sewn, it is extreeeeeemly tight at the hem and feels fantastic when i walk, heels tight skirts and stairs are difficult, i can reason with girls on this now lol.

I was quite embarrassed goin into the shop as the woman was asking too many questions so Im not going to go back there anytime soon, if i want my other skirt doing I'll try to find somewhere else. The ruined part of the skirt is bearly noticable now too. I wish i knew what she did to it.

Im thinking about getting some more clothes, maybe a dress. And maybe i'll branch out and get something other than black.

I cant wait to wear it all again

You sound just like me when I was your age!

Just get your self into the mind set that you are buying the skirt for your sister or girlfriend and its easy when you get into the shop. Know what waist size you are and your skirt size If you get the waist size right you won't have to worry about your hips as women's hips are bigger than men's.

I also don't like the slit at the back of a straight skirt, I always modify my skirts. You could learn to sew like I did, or a simple way to close the hemline on a straight skirt is to buy one with an over-lapping back vent and keep it closed by sewing it together with a couple of buttons.

If you want to know anything about straight skirts or how to modify them you can PM me for advice, I have properly worn more straight skirts in my life than most women!

  10. If I were you I would go and collect your shoes from your mothers room before she gives them to a female relative or a friend, after all they are your shoes! When I was 16 I saved for weeks to buy a straight black skirt from M & S, I remember it cost nearly £3, which was a weeks wages for me in those days. But after a few weeks my mother found the skirt and took it into her room, next thing I knew she had given it to my cousin who was two years older than me. The next time she came to tea at our house she was wearing my skirt, she even asked me if I liked it, saying that my mother had bought it for her!!! It took me ages to save up for another one which I hid inside my Hi Fi unit.
