  1. I always take the stickers off, the boots always look better. I have often been tempted to say it to anyone I see with the stickers still on, but then they would know I was looking at their boots, mind you I have no problem saying it to my friends male and female. Booted up.

  2. Hi all, thanks for all the comments. I have a couple of outfits that I put together that have the confident look you talk about. These can be worn dressed as a man and hopefully I will wear them out heeling when I build up more confidence in myself. These have slightly shorter jeans, normally I would wear longer jeans to cover the heels while walking and 3 inch block heels. But you are all right they are my boots and I should be able to wear them when and with what I want, I hope I can put these brave words in to action. Booted up.

  3. Hi, I love my boots and I wear them around the house all the time, I have worn my high heel boots outside on lots of occasions, but I feel its better to cross dress when going out in my high heel boots, I don't mind this, in fact I quite enjoy it, but I only pass if my face it covered with a scarf, do any of you feel the same? I feel that nobody notices if its a woman, and I can stay out in them for longer, but still I want to be noticed. Is it unusual that I am comfortable going out dressed as a woman just to wear my boots, when I feel nervous wearing them dressed as a man? When I go out as a man I only wear my low heels maybe 2 or 3 inches under my jeans, but I still want people to see them. HELP.

  4. Hi, sorry to hear about the broken zip. these BB should have laces, why dont you glue the zip closed on each boot and use the laces to put the on. Like hh&c said you get the best tight fit using the laces, this should solve your problem and no funny looks or questions from the boot mender. Good luck on learning to walk in them, I have a pair and I enjoy wearing them a lot. BOOTED UP.

  5. Hi Vince206, great story thanks for sharing it with us. Why don't you cable tie your heels on and lock the car keys inside the car along with the wire cutters, and you would have to walk home to get the spare set, this would be very exciting. You could also cable tie your wrists to a larger cable tie around your waist, this would prevent you from driving and would look ok as you walked home, maybe you should wear a longer skirt or coat though. Keep enjoying yourself. Booted up.

  6. Hi Chris, Great idea, I have used my 7 inch heels many times when cleaning the windows, you know when you just cant reach in to that far corner, 7 inchers to the rescue, its also makes such a hated job a bit more interesting. BOOTED UP

  7. Hi TEEZA, I love the boots you got for your husband. I have a pair like his but in patent leather, have a look at them in my albums and tell me what you think. I find it amazing to walk in them and have got very use to them, and I can keep them on and walk in them for about 2 hours before they start to hurt the balls of my feet. Enjoy them. BOOTED UP.

  8. Thanks for the good comments jsphcass, my emotions did take over, and yes you are right the boots are very well made and the leather is fab, these are a long term investment, like the little black dress, the will never go out of fashion. BOOTED UP

  9. Yes I thought about the 6 or 7 pairs I could have bought instead, but what the hell I always wanted a pair, but I wont be buying any more at that price.I really enjoy the actual buying and trying on of the boots, just as much as wearing them, so it wil be back to buying more affordable boots like you said, every 6 months or so. BOOTED UP.

  10. Hi all, I'am just back from a short break in the USA and I went mad and treated myself to my 1st pair of designer Christian Louboutins knee high boots.I asked the male assistant for them in size 40, and he said ,does she normally take size 40 in a boot as these where a small fitting. I looked at him and said ,they are for me and I would like to try on a size 40, he looked a bit supprised and said he would go and get them. He came back with a size 401/2 and said these should be fine. I tried them on and they where a perfect fit, I think he was amazed I could walk so well in them. I told him that I was not going to pay $1400.00 for them without trying them on first,he agreed. I did get a few funny looks from some female shoppers as I walked about in them, but what the hell.Even though they cost a lot of money I'am delighted with them :chuckle:, you can see them in my Boot collection 3 album. 11. Hi I had a pair of leather boots from Nine West that the zip broke. I had not worn them outside up to this happening, so I brought them back to the store, about 6 months after buying them, and they gave me a credit note for them as the style was sold out

  12. Hi thighboots, thanks for the kind words. When I started seeing my other half she knew nothing about my heels. When we got to know each other and were together for a while ,I told her the whole story.I had been divorced and my first wife knew about my heeling and this did not help the marrige. Anyhow my other half is now my wife and has no problem with my heels, if I over do it she will tell me ,and I understand that. BOOTED UP.
