  1. If you can find a retailer of Qualifetish / Hot Peppers Ballets, I couldn`t recommend them highly enough.

Their Ballets are absolutely gorgeous to wear  . It just depends on which style you can bear to stand in. As much as I love the look of Mary Janes or Oxfords, they do not provide me with enough support or vertical restraint. I also suggest lace-ups are better for the same reason.

I have a pair of the ankle boots which give a good support to the foot and prevent the ankle from bending out sideways over my foot.

Try this link: www.qualifetish.com if you are happy to order direct over the web, though there are a number of site/stores that sell this make aswell.

  2. I rock climb and generally do not have a fear of hights and not generally a fear of falling (so long as the (climbing) gear holds) I just have a healthy respect for the consiquences of falling all the way to the ground I have only ever experienced a woosieness once while climbing and that was because I kept focusing on the ground (about 20m below me!) so I suppose the answer is not to look down but to keep looking further in front of you. Maybe your brain has not yet got used to the fact that you can see so much more clearly, therefore maybe experiencing some sort of motion sickness as the brain is unable to relate what it feels and what it sees. Just a couple of thoughts.........
