I have a Canon D30 or is 30D ( The 8mp one) i had all Minolta gear before it stolen a while back and then got canon back in return. Its a huge shame ever since i got this really really nice Canon i just havent had the time to take it out and really see what it can do. I hope to see if i get any good results at the coming rallys and car shows.

Hi I'm not as brave as many on this site. When i do go out in my heels its late at night and i dress smart but nothin flash. Boot cut jeans,branded T-shirt and a nice jacket/coat. I try to keep clean shaven and have a pretty shortish hair cut apart from i keep lettin my side burns ( is that the right word?? ) grow longer. I keep toying with the idea of growing my hair abit longer just to see if it suits me but my job and running kinda puts me off

As bubba and other have said most have tryed to cure the whole heels thing but myself as most other here have ( i know this isnt the right word ) failed to do so. I tryed and tryed over around 10years to throw out any heels i had at the time and forget all about them. But it seemed i always went back to getting some more again. I've grown to feel now its apart of who i am even if it does seem alittle at odds with the rest of me if that makes sence? I dont feel the HUGE shame any more but i'm still not ready to let people know about my love of heels apart from on here . Thats about what i have to say on this........

I came 2nd in a 10k over the weekend and won a nice sports bag and some other nice things. I know its not much but its the 1st time i've won anything with my running so i've posted again!

Nice1 i only did what have myself about 2months ago i know how scary it can be the first time. After this it will get more easy ( i will abmit that i've lost my nerve a few times since but i'm gettin there) Once again Nice1 .

The real ones look ok but the £10 knock offs look like errrr £10 knock offs. But i cant stand those knitted style ones. Wearing shoes that look like some1's gran has knitted them has never really done much for me........
