These where made in the 30s by "Achilles" (an australian shoemaker named MacNaught) for John Willie. They where featured in Willie's magazine "Bizarre".Maybe like these:grin:

I have attached a picture of a boot that meets your description. The boot was made around 1900 in Austria according to Linda O'Keeffe's "Shoes" (page 414/415 in german edition).
The second picture shows a boot made by Natacha Marro. I guess she can make the boots or shoes with much too long heels as you desire. I hope there is no violation of board rules by attaching a link here:

@pussyinboots: As I am trying to find out more about vintage fetish shoes and boots from Germany and their makers I am really interested what you know about that and the sources you know. I would gladly like to exchange some information about that.

A much better idea would be to get a pair of cheap shoes that fit well and simply pour plaster of paris or wax into it. After peeling the shoe away you will be left with a perfect impression of the shoe which you can then alter and adapt according to the style you want.
That is also the method described in Mary Wales Loomis "Make your own shoes" but I have no experience with that.
Good luck,

These are not my size, they are a 36EU and I am a 43EU...lol. Still looking for a girl in my area to model them for me. Should be a vintage pin up style shooting. Have fun, manoleat

Nice though the picture is very small. Which bootmaker made them? There are not many that do custom made boots free to the customers specifications. And there are not many that do ballet boots in general. Have fun, manoleat

The gap can be filled with blocks of cork. Cork is easy to tool and also lightweight. You can cover it with leather or anything you want afterwards. Have fun, manoleat

I do not know about the sizes this bootmaker will do. Just ask him.
And they won't be cheap either...
