I like the colour and design. You’d need to pair it with the right, summery, attire
My instincts are telling me that the focal point of the outfits will be the shoes, given the colors and style, perhaps a simple pair of skinny jeans might work. I think 🤣

For me, wearing heels evolved in different stages. From an early age (early teens) i was fascinated with heels, loved the shape and appearance. I cant remember when i tried on a pair of heels for the first time but the furtherest memory i have is in the early 90's, trying a pair of heels my friend (she) had lying about. I was lucky as i have small feet so the fit was almost right. I purchased my first pair in my late 20s (late 90's) when i lived on my own. I accumulated a small collection of heels and boots which i wore occasionally when opportunities arose.
Leaping forward til about 6 years ago, wearing heels is basically a daily event for me. The styles have changed a lot over the years, and have a mixed array of styles and colours, but now comfort is the foundation of any pair i add to my collection.

Heel height used to be a focal point for me in female shoes in my early days of heel wearing. In recent years its become more focal on style, with height becomming less considered. Having said that all my shoes range between 4" & 5" heel height (which is still high for size 5uk feet :). I have a combination of stilletto, slim block, and block heels and boots in my collection all within the 4-5" height range, but thats what im most comfortable in, and feel more naturalised in when walking

Does your height (or lack of it!) encourage you to wear heels? And do you wear them openly in public, in male mode or otherwise?
No my desire to wear heels has always been purely on the visual attraction towards heels.

(and btw, I have my right nut, nothing wrong with it, it just a saying lol)
Its a real hassle finding mens shoes wirh size 5 feet though 😂

Wow size 7.5 U.S. I have never seen a male foot that small. You have unlimited options at your feet so to speak.
Curious, how tall are you flat footed?
Im 5'4". I am blessed for shoes size in heels and boots. :)

I like leggings, and wear them with heels sometimes, but mostly with boots

I prefer hosiery, also helps me when putting shoes on, foot slides in easier, and boots zip up easier.

Im so cautious on all terrains and tend to decide what type of heel I'll wear depending on where im going, or what ill be walking on in general.

My tastes and styles tend to change over time, so the odd pair gets purged here and there. Id say about once a year i go through mine and decide which i cant part with and ones that i can

I usually wear daily, more at work. Im the first in to my work, and am on my own til mid morning. Also work on my own floor of the building. So its the perfect environment for me to wear heels/boots.

As I'm sure most know, I'm bare foot in pumps. I have a few reasons.
1 - with hose my foot tends to slide forward more into the toe box. This increases the load on my toes.
2 - heel pop while walking is more frequent.
3 - i really love the feel of the insole on my foot.
4 - i love the look more on others so i feel the same for myself.
Im with you on all of these factors. I find with hose or stockings my foot slides forward, and often the heel of my foot will slip out (theres an accident waiting to happen). So i started wearing heels or boots without hose, unless the fit was particularly snug, then hose help with fit and comfort. Ive found for me theres better control of the shoe without hose etc.

Im completely addicted to heels. I iften impulsively buy just because they appeal to me, often an unusual pair that pique my interest. Just in the last week alone i purchased 3 pairs of over knee/thigh boots. I forget how many pairs of shoes i have now, has to be nearing at least 50 pairs or more. I have so many i keep some in closet, some in storage and some at work.

Excellent heels
i wear similar shoes at work. I work on my own in the mornings for about 3-4 hours as i start earlier than everyone else. I also enjoy the drive to work wearing heels or boots. In the winter season the boots come out, also with a similar heel.

I noticed this also sometime ago, my go to heel height for comfort and all day wear is 4.5" , which is high for my size 5uk foot, but it feels so natural. Oddly i was wearing my 4" wedge heel boots recently and they almost felt like i was wearing flats (strange phenomenon 🤣). 5" heels without platform is my upper limit, can only wear those for a few hours. The 4.5" arch is the sweet spot for me 😁
