My wife doesn't like me getting dressed up in female attire, which I did one year and she hated it. This year, I got up at 7:15 pm and went downstairs in my orange and black PJ's, I work at night. My wife was outside on the porch with the next door neighbor handing out candy. A lady from down the street came by and said to me 'I expected to see you in a dress and heels!' I was flabbergasted. No dress, no heels, boo hoo! I bet the wife cringed at that. She was so worried about what the neighbors would think and it's been positive so far. One other lady liked my outfit when I did get dressed up.

Born and raised in the Toronto area, moved to the USA with my family at 15 y/o and stayed. My sister went back to Canada and is now living in England. I'm a naturalized US citizen since 1985. My parents stayed here too and live close by. My mum is also naturalized but not my dad, due to tax implications.

Many years ago I was wearing my MIA High Heel clogs. I got gas and went to pay. A girl said to her boyfriend 'Do you believe that guy?' I just ignored them. That was in the late 70's. I'd love to get another pair of those clogs.

I voted moderate. I won;t wear pumps to the office but I've been wearing some black loafers with about 1 1 1/2" block heel. I just bought a pair of Naturalizer pumps with about a 2" heel, old lady style heels for an old guy.

Good on ya for getting the promotion. Pretty soon you'll be the branch manager!
