Wonderful story, bet you couldn't believe how it developed ! I,ve found that although blokes are anti, many women appreciate the style and welcome the fact that heelwearers have a gentler attitude, especially if they've had a hard time in their life.

Of course small feet look better in normal ie 4" heels, because the proportion is right. For larger feet the heel needs to be higher to give the same look and feel...

INVESTMENT ADVICE Should have given you this tip before, but the word on the street is, buy into scissor making companies. All over the world, companies are cutting corners to save money. Expect a sharp increase in sales.....

as you may have read, shipping companies are selling cruises real cheap. They're struggling to stay afloat.... The mortgate companies are cutting back on their company cars... the loan a'ranger comes now on horseback.... Pig breeders doing alright... still got both feet in the trough... watchmakers on short time working... clock case makers even worse, they were used to working round the clock... car workers being laid off, it's an economy drive. Managers hope it will steer them to recovery.... As a result of people not buying new cars, breakdown companies expect business to pick up..... Elevator companies say business is up and down.... The other day I said some bakers were going out of business as they had no more dough, well other companies say business is rising.... Car dismantlers not losing money, apparently they're breaking even.... Chocolate makers have introduced a new flavour, now they're making a mint... With people being laid off work, I heard that people are learning to swim like never before. Do anything to keep their heads above water.... Zoos are in trouble. They're having difficulty selling animals. They say it's a bear market.... Mind you, it's odds on, the betting shops are doing okay... The recession has hit the card shops, they're doing a multipurpose card with a birthday/christmas/mothers day/with our condolences tick box option..... Going to bed now... was talking to a bed retailer, used to make king size profits, now down to single figures, but he's got a couple of sleeping directors to cover him.....

tyre companies, however, aren't convinced. They say the future is flat....

car rental companies, doing okay, reporting hire profits....

other manufacturers, making sandals, aren't so lucky. They are no longer offering credit terms to their customers, they're strapped for cash....

clever shoemakers have worked out how to adapt to the times and beat the credit crisis, and they're now making a wedge....

I've bought shoes, bags trousers for me from tesco and asda, no probs, and taken tops bk for size change, again no probs, don't care..

Credit crunchies: What's the capital of Iceland ? About £4.50.... They're now charging a fiver a time at the garages for using the tyre pressure machines. That's inflation for you.... My bank's having a sale on.... used £5 notes, £4 each.... Even the pet shop's having hard times All the budgies are going cheep.... Local baker's closed down couldnt make enough dough.... Sausage maker, same thing Couldnt make both ends meat.... Watchmaker had enough Says it's time to call it a day.... Shoe repairer's suffering down at heel..... Chiropodist feeling the pinch He's having to cut back a bit.... Even chickens, you wouldn't believe it, are being laid off..... HOWEVER Yachts are doing okay Apparently, sails are going up.... Opticians, they're doing all right They can see the what's ahead..... And the magistrates courts Well, they're doing fine.... Florists, they happy Their sales are blooming.... However the case for the prosecution collapsed when roniheels produced them both and handed them to Judge Judy, who admired his taste in heels and awarded him $200 from public funds to go and get another pair in the red patent....

Worn the same 5" brown leather calf boots all day, walking to shop for paper, dog walking thru the muddy woods, digging the allotment garden,and now on the computer all evening; if it aint broke / uncomfortable, don't fix it....

Please don't be shy !! People stare at you out of admiration and thinking how beautiful you are in heels ! There's no need to do pointy and platforms together, my partner doesnt do pointy tho she luvs 5" heels any time we go out. Better rounded toe than a size up in my opinion. Save the atlantic city ones for meals out rather than dancing? Ignore the looks, us guys have to !! And be yourself, thats what style is about !! Good luck !!

I think the guys would respect such a move to allow gents comments if specified as allowed, and leave the other posts alone.

Isn't it possible to automatically (i.e by the computer, reading the username) to prevent guys' comments getting on the ladies pages when not allowed?

This will soon prevent the gents who misuse the system from trying...

Funniest thing is when I was trying on some heels and a girl came in the shop and asked to try on the same style ! We both admired each other's taste...

I too love the menu, always have the house specialty, jellied 'eels.... Never had any serious issues with the board, Except.... apropos the ladies only area. I do appreciate that with the gents/ladies ratio being what it is, the ladies would not want to be drowned out by the gents invading their area. It would perhaps be an idea within the ladies only area, which we can look in but not reply, for there to be an option for the ladies to opt in or out of a choice 'gents may post a reply'.

Further to that, ive been asked if i was gay, and chatted up by ladies, so the androgynous look has its advantages....

Be yourself, its your best advert....
