Incidentally we are now going to invest in these instead. They have sling backs and open toes to give us more room and they also go up to a UK10. Shame we have to drop half an inch though

We both take a UK8 (Eur42) but these really are too tight. Beware - we have had this problem from here before and are now having to send them back. Shame really as they have a gorgeous 4" heel

Is there a list (with pictures) anywhere of what shoes come at what stage?

Absolutely right! i would have loved to go into some shoe shops to try some on (they're so cheap I'm sure to have bought some) but I like to remain discrete as not everyone is as understanding as those in this group.

Just returned from Latvia. Nearly all the local girls wear high heels, even when out shopping! They look fabulous. Shops had cheap shoes too, but couldn't check sizes as I was accompanied by a business colleague. get over there if you want a treat.
