  1. Lol! I have a few pairs of the wet look leggings & usually wear them with ankle or knee boots, short skirt & a corset. If the corset is done up fairly tightly it gives the impression that I have both hips AND a waist. I tend to agree with Dr Shoe though... If no corset is worn leggings can look a bit un-shapely.

  2. Love your shoe storage system, I think it works very well.

My wife & I use Ikea 'Billy' bookcases to store our boots in. The shelves are adjustable & depending on the shelf height we can get two rows of thigh boots or three rows of knee boots or six rows of ankle boots in each bookcase, (or combinations of the three). The two shelves for the knee boots require a little deviation away from the instructions as the centre shelf is usually the permanent fixture, but anyone with a drill & a bit of DIY knowledge can suss it out. Dust covers can be used or doors can be fitted, depending on your preference.

To fill the boots out & help keep their shape, we use the cheap swimming noodles from the local 99p shop instead of more expensive boot shapers. They can be cut to size & one noodle per boot works very well if they are folded over double with the longer end inserted into the foot.

    Hope this is helpful...

  3. I always change into boots with four or five inch heels when I get home from work as I don't own any 'male footwear' to wear around the house. I find that doing any activity in the house, from daily chores & cleaning to making cups of tea or coffee, can help achieve a good grounding in wearing heels. If I buy a new pair of boots I will wear them for an hour each day around the house for the first week, then two hours a day the following week & so on. If they are really comfy I will not need to go through the 'breaking in' process but will wear them continuously. My wife taught me to do the 'Catwalk Walk' in heels which is great with a swishy skirt & even more amazing on our slate tiled kitchen floor - nothing quite like the sound of heels clicking away on a solid floor! Carrying two cups of tea or coffee up a flight of stairs conquers any balancing problems after a couple of tries... Just  don't overfill the cups the first couple of times.  ;o)

  4. Thanks a lot, Don. I'll have to do the chatting on here I'm afraid, as I don't do facebook, twitter or any of the social media sites. I used to do facebook but last year someone nasty tried to 'out me' at work and ridicule all my friends on the fetish scene here in the UK, so I'm very careful what I get involved with now.

  5. Just joined the site & adding my 'me too' bit.

A couple of years ago I had a really bad sciatica attack - never had it before & haven't got a scoobie what caused it. If any of you out there have ever suffered from this you'll know how painful it can be.

I was totally immobilised for three weeks flat on my back, every tiny little movement making me scream out in pain. There were no obvious signs of any improvement. My lady was trying everything to make me comfy & in a desperate attempt to immobilise my legs she laced me into my thigh length ballet boots. It hurt like hell while she did it but once it was done I actually managed to get some sleep without being woken up every time I shifted my legs. I can't say this would work for everyone but it worked for me. After wearing ballet boots for three days I was back on my feet, much to my, (and my doctor's) amazement.

  6. Although I've been a member of this site for a while I haven't yet posted or introduced myself for various reasons. I'm a guy living in the UK happily married to a fantastic lady who also loves boots & heels. We share the same shoe size & have close on 150 pairs of high heeled boots between us & about half a dozen pairs of high heeled shoes. I feel natural wearing heels but haven't yet plucked up the courage to go out in public wearing heels or skirts as my job is very public & a lot of people know me. At the moment I'm quite happy wearing my boots & shoes and posing for photos in the privacy of our own home. If I'm not on line I'm probably walking round the garden in my boots, but I will eventually answer all posts.

I'd like to chat with like minded people on line, male or female, as it's relatively safe & fairly anonymous. Any boot or heel related subject is fine with me. Hope to hear from some of you soon...

  7. This is the first time I have joined a meeting place like this & I'm a little overwhelmed at everything so please be patient with me. I'm a guy living in the south of England who loves wearing & admiring boots of all styles, though mainly I'm into outrageous heels & platforms. My lady & I have a collection of nearly 150 pairs of boots between us and luckily we can share them with each other as we have the same size feet, (I look forward to being able to post some photos soon). I don't get on line that often due to work commitments, (I work long hours & am 'on call' for the majority of my spare time), so please be aware that I may not be able to reply to any messages/threads right away. I look forward to making new friends & discussing heel & boots with all of you.
