Backless High Heeled Closed Toe Mules are my favorites style.

Really would like a pair of these after seeing them on Joaks Website.

Unfortuantely they were on Ebay Germany and I dont think that trader ships to UK and in my size too (UK10)

Joan Collins is approaching 70 (68 i think) and still wears high heels - and looks pretty good with it too.

These are for sale on EBAY UK at the moment in a US13 (UK11).

Definateley amongst the most ugliest shoes i've seen.

No Problem mate!! Glad they went to a good home. Faith should go up to an 11 let alone cutting their size 10's -extremely nice and well made boots.

Didnt realise they didnt have their own factory anymore. Real shame - I was hoping for a followup to their "Kinky Boot Factory" program on BBC one day.

The boots pictured in my post of 26 November arrived today and pretty much as I feared because of the narrow toe they did not fit Absolutely gutted as they are fantastic boots pretty much my ideal boot. So just as other board members have said as regards Faith styles generally running small I have found out by bitter experience, I was lucky that the broader toe ones fitted. I have one potential buyer lined up fortunately, if it falls through keep a look on the for sale section on this board!!

Well my boots arrived today and all things considered they don't fit too bad. They certainly do not have as much room as my other size 10 boots (more lengthwise than width) and the heel feels much higher than 4.5 inches but im pretty confident that with a little wear they will fit quite well. They have a very wide toebox which definately helps. I have another pair of Faith Sz 10 boots coming that I also won on Ebay but I believe they are a lot narrower and I fear I wont be so lucky with them.

I would value board members opinions in if they have a pair of the same or by judging by their appearance if the are a small fit.

If finding out celebrity shoesizes are your thing then a good source is EbayUSA . A look in the movie memorabelia section often throws up old costume props from old and recent films TV series worn by celebrities which show their sizes usually.

I have won a pair of Trouser boots on an US Ebay auction, the brand name is Predictions.

I did a search on Ebay and they seem like a popular brand although appear to be quite inexpensive (going by the end bid prices).

Are they similar in quality to say Payless ie Manmade materials mass produced in the Far East etc?

Does this brand run true to size? - These are a US13 - I take a UK10

Below are the shoes I bought and a clearer picture of a pair i'm sure are the same model.

Your opinions please would be most appreciated.

Here is another picture of i'm what i'm pretty sure is the same model boot in the same size by a different seller on Ebay which gives a better indication to the heel height of the ons i bought.

I have just won an auction for a pair of Faith Ankle Boots on Ebay Sz10UK.

I have heard that Faith no longer sell this size and only go up to a SZ9UK so this is a bit of a rarity. Can anyone confirm in general if Faith run true to size or run small, heel height according to description is 4.5 inches.

In yesterdays Daily Mail Newspaper were two Items of heeling interest:

A superb full length shot of Eddie Izzard in a leather mini skirt with a fab pair of Black High heeled knee length boots. Aparently he was spotted at an exhibition called Braveheart which celebrated men in Skirts.

The other item was to do with a fashion show where the top lady tennis players were modelling. There was some great pictures of the Williams sisters , Venus wearing some Chanel type heeled pumps and Serena wearing High heeled sandles. Jeniffer Capriati was wearing Black pumps with fishnet type stockings and Kim Kluivers the Belgian player wearing a nice pair of Black boots.

Unfortunately the paper wasnt mine so I am unable to scan it - can anyone else be able to do this?

Also unrelated to this, I havent been able to display most of the pictures posted on the forum for several days - I think they may be ones from the picture server the forum uses, can anyone suggest how i might be able to fix this or direct me to a thread- thanks!!

My Brazil Leopard Heels arrived this morning - so much happier today, not too bothered about the post now as most of it will be bills anyway :rofl: Post is going to take upto 2 weeks to get back to normal.

Im not going to get into the political side of this, but has the UK postal dispute affected your ordering of Heels etc? I am waiting for a pair of Leopard effect Court shoes from an ebay seller for 4 days now, a delayed payment to another seller for a pair of suede ankle boots and also holding up adespatch of a pair of boots i sold on Ebay. Also other non releated shoes items sold/ bought on Ebay. Picked a bad week to buy i think!!!

Thanks for your varied suggestions - sizing is risky when ordering online. Ive decided to go with the rule of ordering a size higher than normal due to heel height so I think a UK11 (US13) should hopefully be OK - fingers crossed.

I have won an auction for a pair of "Brazil" Court Shoes and am able to choose size. They have a gold effect 5 inch heel and are in leopard effect material and are widely available as ive seen them on all the usual UK and US fetish shoe sites. Has anyone had any experience with these shoes. Do they run to size or are they small. I take a standard width male UK10 - should i get a US 13 or US14? Thanks in advance for you help.

Uma Thurman did some publicity shots of the film "The Avengers" a while back in which she wore a tight black catsuit and thigh length stilletto boots. Did we see them in the film proper - did we hell no!!
