I've worn heels now for most of my life.

Therefore most of my surprises have occured while wearing them.

Having said that, some very surprising things have happened to me in bed while barefoot. However I'm unable to recite these due to the site rules.

So what exactly happened? lol

I was driving down the country road one day. I was wearing my 5" heels over the knee leather boots. Suddenly there was a pack of coons dart out from the bush. I didn't have time to react, my suv just ran over them. Thump...thump..THUMP....I stopped and checked the mirror and saw few of them didn't make it. I guess it was a big surprise to me

even PU can be polished too. You should get a shoeshine guy to do that for you.

I think it is a good idea to walk on the treadmill in your heels. I do that sometimes in my workplace, as we have a small ladies gym in the office building. Most of my colleagues wear heel boots in the office, so we use the treadmills with our heels on. Just make sure the treadmills are good brands and durable.

As a business lady, I am more concerned about the footwear styles available for wear to work as well as the style of fashions. I usually invest in more high heel boots for work because these days the business needs might require footwear that are dressy especially in the admin or management . High heel boots not only show my authority position in work but also define me as a assertive person. Getting dressed up……work’s almost as good as Friday night out. The secret to effective dressing is to do it all the time. You will feel more motivated to do your best everyday. The red boots can get all the attention but the black boots can definitely let the whole outfits speak

I guess bias is come from stereotype and jealousy. Especially when a woman work in the male dominated office. Because women today are highly educated, most of the men feel being threaten in anyway. Amanda i am sure you are not like me, i work in the female dominated office. Our dress code is way more feminine and professional.

OUr office dresscode: No open toes shoes and/or platform higher than half an inch. Most of us wear heel pumps, court shoes and boot. I prefer to wear boots with point toes and heels.
