  1. Don't you guys think that this story and picture is the best evidence that men can clearly have disadvantages when they are not allowed to wear them and not generally accepted if they do? :winkiss:

... even though also the idea of men being taller than women is also starting to considered being old fashioned, at least by some folks.

Jim, I feel here, that Scott may be too tall in the area of height with reference to Vanilla who is too near the ground in the area of being too short at this time.

  2. I have bought shoes at Avenue. Sometimes they have attractive shoes; others not so much. Right now they have some cute boots, but their shoes don't do anything for me. The bizarre thing I found out about the stores is that the people working there are expected to rearrange the entire store at least once a week, as directed by headquarters. I don't think the kind of person who wants to give outstanding customer service is typically the same kind of person who wants to follow a merchandising plan every week in excruciating detail.

  3. I'm glad to have gotten directions to the restaurant. I did a lot of repair work, years ago, for a nearby business. It should be enjoyable, and might attract a bit of attention. Maybe we could get Tony Orlando to attend in his 6" platforms. (Sabotalot, your age is showing.)

Since road salt will (hopefully) not as yet have been an issue, I may arrive in my 1965 car. My 2005 Pathfinder will be doing the salt-eating thing this winter. $%!&*# road salt! There are non-corrosive substitutes that they could use, but probably n:penitent: ever will.

Have you ever noticed that states where cars were historically produced are the states that use the most salt?
