  1. I am surprised to see that a lot of girls would just slip off their heels to drive instead of changing into sneakers, Uggs or flip flops. I know that most flats, especially sneakers are usually very comfortable to drive in. I am guessing they are the most efficient shoes to wear too when driving since that is what NASCAR drivers wear as well for their races.

    Jen's boyfriend here...

She showed me this, and I got a bit of a smirk and laugh out of it, then figured I should probably post something educational.....

Racing shoes are nothing like sneakers (nevermind being nothing like heels). For one, they are fireproof (usually some form of Nomex), and look like weird high tops. They are very thin in the toe section, so that you can "feel" the pedals under the ball of your foot (particularly important during braking, since you are often right at the threshold of wheel lockup and race cars do not have ABS), but the heel section on the right shoe is very stiff, so that you can heel-toe (keeping the ball of your foot on the brake, while using the heel/ side of the shoe to blip the throttle to match revs during downshifts) going into corners.

Just to give my input here- I will drive in heels, but only going out to dinner or to the store. When I take the Porsche out for a "spirited drive" or to the track, I either wear shoes I know i can drive well in (my girly Puma sneakers are actually very similar in function to real racing shoes), or I wear my real racing shoes or Piloti's.

If any of you want to get a pair of almost normal looking shoes that are great to drive in, but that you can also wear to run into the store and not look like a freak, check out the line from Piloti.

    Hope this helps :)

  2. From age 19 to 24 means that your feet were allready grown to their natural size when you started your training (or your bf started the training on your feet), right? What kind of shoes had you worn before?

Btw: Do you have to wear a smaller shoe-size since your training? (That really happend to a shoe-fanatic friend of me!)

I agree with you that going back would be like giving up. Maybe it would become painful again for you to wear 5 or 6 inch heels if you would go back to flats!

Btw: Is it right that after a training like yours, you are able to wear superpointy 5 or 6 inchers for hours without any pain or is it just a myth?

Well before him, I wore normal teen girl shoes, so a lot of like platform heels and sandals but nothing fetishy. I use to be size 7 in almost everything, and at first the heels my Dom got me were size 7. Maybe a year later when I was in 5" heels I was in size 6 heels. When we parted ways and I was only in 6" heels or ballets, all my heels were size 5. Now that I buy my own heels and wear 5" and 6" heels, I usually go for a 5 1/2 but sometimes a 6.

My feet only hurt if I have to walk a ton during the day or go dancing all night, otherwise they don't really hurt at all.

  3. Oh dear, that's bad, sometimes it can be really helpful to wear flats... Have you seen a doctor? Maybe you can do some reverse exercises?

On the other hand it must be great to have feet that have adopted the shape of your beloved pointies so that you can wear them for hours without the pain, that usually comes with it?

I am curious: how long have you trained your feet and at which age have you started? Can you remember how long it took to see significant changes?

I haven't seen a doctor, but Ive sorta kinda thought about it. On one hand it'd be kew to be able to wear normal shoes, but on the other, I worked really hard and suffered thru a lot to get where I'm at so it sorta seems like going back would be like giving up.

I got my training from about age 19 to about 24

  4. So the pointy Zanottis must be perfect for your feet!

Btw: How long did it take to get the foot shape you are writing about? Are there any disadvantages that come with the shaping? Was the new shape your goal, or the abillity to wear very high and pointed shoes?

Ummm other than not being able to wear flats? I thought I wanted the training, but it turns out HE wanted the training, and I just thought I did since I like to please. I have a very submissive personality and I like to please others, so I let him. Now I get to watch my friends wear flip flops to the beach, and the lowest heels I have are 5". I can wear 4" heels for a bit, but my ankles and arches start to hurt after a few hours.

  5. Back when I was in a BDSM relationship I was always in very high and very pointy heels, and my feet show it. I can't put my feet flat since my arches and ankles are so trained, and my toes are very angled from it.

  6. Spook's ballets were from LSB. I used to keep in touch with her, but since she got a new boyfriend and isn't corset and heel training like she used to, she's kinda fallen off the scene. I haven't heard from here in probably 2 years.

  7. Most of my ballet boots are from Hot Peppers/ Qualifetish that my former Master got me, and they are very walkable and excellent quality. I've tried the Devious and they just don't compare. The LSB ballets are sooooo easy to walk in, but they just don't look all that sexy.

  8. My boyfriend wears heels almost as much as I do and I love it. As others have pointed out, I don't have to worry about him running away from me when we're out, if I want to sit down and rest my feet he probably does too, and we can shoe shop together, tho we are far from being the same size LOL

  9. im noticing that although i am wearing heels to bed I don't feel like my foot is being stretched while I sleep - I don't suppose anyone has any advice along these lines?

When my Dom was training my feet, I'd either sleep in foot stretchers, and then he basically combined foot stretchers with ballet boots and I'd sleep in those. If you really want to accelerate this process, get yourself some plastic heels to shower in so that your feet never go flat.

  10. As a girl who did this for a guy, who is now stuck in heels and can't put her feet flat, I'd first say make sure that you want to do this, and if so, do it for YOU, not HIM. If you're sure on that, then practice and time and working yourself into higher and higher heels will get you there.

  11. That is funny!! I get asked at work all the time how I can wear such high heels all day. This one girl I work with is always in ballerina flats too, and she had a date a few weeks ago and after having to stay a little later at work couldn't go home first to change before meeting her date and asked me if she could borrow a pair of my heels if I had an extra pair in the car. I had a pair of 5" pumps in my car which are old and smelly and just ratty so I didn't really care if she wanted to borrow them so I was like ya sure and walked out with her to my car so she could get them. She put them on and took about 5 steps in the parking lot and was just like holy $#!$ how do you wear these all day? I saw her the next day and asked how her date was and she was like it was good and she's like OMG girl really my feet haven't hurt that bad in forever how do you do it???? I just smiled
