At a time when people here, and others all over the World are fighting unparallelled debts - and hard working people are expected to tighten their belts to help reduce the spending - I find it offensive and disgraceful that a woman like this is given so much publicity for her ability to waste huge amounts of money on shoes.

That goes for all so called 'celebrities' too.

Completely agree with the above. And of course, the one's who have to fight so much for income get taxed the worst!

Looks like taconxxl has some very extreme styles...just what some us are looking for. In this case, I think it was ok that he mentioned his company. I know you have a gallery, taconxxl, some of those styles are very nice indeed.

Awtucs, jay jay, I wish it was me because then I would own those boots! Sadly, I can't find them anywhere. I started a thread about them in the ultra high heels area...there are similar boots out there, but not exactly the same. I would take them even if they did not have the little red part on them. I can just imagine how great the feeling would be to be in those having such an extreme arch to the foot

Advice, anyone; maybe I should have started with 5", then 6" and finally 7"?

Although they look like some from The Highest Heel, I don't remember any with a red toe like that. The most common Highest Heel model had back lacing and an instep strap and chain.

That photo is most likely from eBay sellers Bob and Angie. They had a lot of old stock from Little Shoe Box and seemed to have other styles that nobody else had.

Unfortunately, it appears they have left eBay, possibly no longer in business. I can't find any current references to them in searches.

That's a shame they're not in business...understandable though with the current climate of the global economy...they are such nice boots

So yes, you will have to get a paypal account most likely as most vendors on ebay only take that. Not hard to set up a paypal account and even easier to set up an ebay account. As Waisted_Giraffe said, just place a bid higher than what is there...generally, you place a bid at the maximum amount you are willing to spend and see if you get out bid. For items with heavy bidding, you can snipe, but that's a whole different thing. You can ask the seller a question...ask if they ship in "discreet packaging".

I completely agree with PIB's comments above...she hit it right on the money...he is just being an ass and wants to still try to control her...he needs to move on and let her make the decisions for her own life...you did nothing wrong in my opinion.
