I am new to USA so I'm not very expert with American shoe sizes. My feet are between the 6 and the 7, what do you think I should do? Smaller or bigger?? Dancer Girl Posted August 8, 2008 Share Posted August 8, 2008 If the heel is high then I always go smaller as I find the larger size allows my toes to squeeze down to the front of the shoe and there is too much room on my heels and I slip out of them. If you are doing a lot of walking the smaller size may hurt your feet (esp your toes) but it can save you from falling and hurting yourself even more by twisting and ankle or breaking a leg.
