highheeltrained Posted July 3, 2008 Posted July 3, 2008 Im hoping someone could help me find a certain type of boots. I was in at the salvation army store today and saw a pair of calf high/knee high boots which i havn't seen before. They were like brown leather/seude type boots with a very thick chucky heel that were like 3 to 4" heels with a small platform like 1/2 inch platform. I never saw any heels this thick on a book like that. They were almost like wedges but still had a good size gap for the heel. They look kinda like this but not. These is obviously photoshoped to the best I could mimic it. Im hoping someone could help me find a pair of books like them but with at least a 5 inch heel with no more then a 1/2 inch platform (would preform little to no platform). They kinda looked the type a young teenage girl would wear or a college girl.
jmc Posted July 3, 2008 Posted July 3, 2008 That looks like a style from about 10 years ago. Keep watching, they may come back in fashion in about 15 years! (Then snatch up a few pairs!) Have a happy time!
highheeltrained Posted July 3, 2008 Author Posted July 3, 2008 i've seen styles of boots like in my pic (but with out such a high heel) but these boots looked only some what like them but I had never seem them before
benno Posted July 3, 2008 Posted July 3, 2008 Try La Piazza. They do very similar custom made boots/shoes. Link Good luck they will be super expensive. Regards, Ben
highheeltrained Posted July 3, 2008 Author Posted July 3, 2008 i was hoping not to have to buy costume made ones cause I just dont have the money for that. I doubt the ones i saw at the Salvation army was costume made to begin with.
