A few weeks ago, I purchased two pairs of high heeled sandals at a local Famous Footwear store. It was a buy one, get the second pair for half price promotion. Then, a few days later, I discovered on the Internet, that both pairs had been reduced in price, one by $10, and the other by $20. Back at the store, I asked the sales associate for a price adjustment. Without any argument, she handed me $30. I was very pleased, and say, "Hats off," to Famous Footwear.

That is really great to hear! I have done a bit of shopping at Famous Footwear and will keep that in mind for the future. Alas, good customer service may not be dead after all. Also, a bit off topic maybe, but I have noticed that famous Footwear's quality slipping a bit and their selection seems to be dwindling. This observation comes after visiting several stores in recent months. Maybe I am all wet, but it would be nice to see if anybody else has noticed a trend.

Style is built from the ground up!

That is good news and thank you for sharing that bit of information with us. I have not been in a famous footwear store recently and this is motivation to return. Thanks again.
