I have routed around the forum and am looking for a wearing guide. Don't want to break my shoes (much more important ) or feet. Any advice? Which is the best sort to start off with? You will find that unless you are very gifted like Pata, you will need some ankle support. I would also suggest something that you can lace yourself into for foot support.
