mskim61 Posted March 31, 2007 Posted March 31, 2007 I was working on Main St. in one of the local towns for the day and counted no less than seven different pencil thin stiletto heel pumps; none of which had a heel lower than 4 inches. In fact, most seemed closer to 5 inches. Unfortunately, only 2 of the woman were accomplished high heel wearers. The other five tottered and wobbled their way down the sidewalk. Two of the women even managed to get their heel tip into the expansion joint in the sidewalk and almost fall. There must have been some very sore ankles that evening. I have worked on this section of Main St. before with very few stiletto sightings, so maybe the fashion trend is changing for this year.
