heelyandy Posted September 24, 2006 Posted September 24, 2006 Hi Went out on Friday lunch intending to buy a pair of "Lisha Vintage Boots" from River Island, but couldn't see any about (woe 1) , so in my dissapointment, I decided to check out some other shops. Nothing took my fancy in Top Shop (woe 2), so went to Barratts. Saw a pair of these:- http://www.barratts.co.uk/p/04_651_0441/Brave.html but they'd only got them up to a size 7, I wanted 8 (woe 3) , so I thought I'd try Priceless Shoes, not expecting there to be anything different from when I went in earlier in the week. This is the point at which the woe turned to joy when I saw a rack of fabulous boots which were new in They're leather look PVC (or some other plastic), lined with the same stuff with a pointed toe and 3.75" stiletto heel. They've got a half length zip and turned over tops which can be turned up over the knee. They cost £ 20 and I bought a pair of 8s. When I tried them on (in the office after everyone had gone), they actually seemed quite large (some 8s can be quite tight, these weren't ) and they're really comfortable I had a breif journey outside to take something to the rubbish bin in the car park Anyway, these are the boots:- Tops down Tops up Oh, the shafts are quite floppy, I'd got boot trees in for the photos Andrew
