larry Posted June 27, 2005 Posted June 27, 2005 Today, I attended a meeting with one of our customers. I got there early and I sat in a wating room with two ladies who I have known on a professional level for a couple of years. We were sitting together and the lady next to me was thumbing thru a Harpers Bazar magazine. She asked me what I thought about the different outfits that the models were wearing ect.ect. On page 111? was a picture of a man wearing 4/5" heel classic pump stilletos with a female model standing next to him. So I sez Hey Look! The nicest high heels pictured in the magazine and a mans wearing them. They both laughed and one of them said Yup! it must be my fiance Mark in disguise. So I asked if her fiance wears high heels but she didnt answer. The other lady said high heels and foot fetishism is becoming more popular every day. She sez pedicures, Toe rings, high heels and foot rubs are sensual and I should expand my horizions. I really wanted to talk more but time didnt permit. .....Larry. Love those heels!
Shafted Posted June 27, 2005 Posted June 27, 2005 Like I said in another thread somewhere on this board, the conditions for a men's high heel revolution's success are already here. But if men don't do it and women don't encourage them it will never happen. Just think the bunch of us guys here on this board have the opportunity to be real fashion leaders. Shafted, the boots that is! bigj3650 Posted June 27, 2005 Posted June 27, 2005 problem with that shafted....IF we start a fashion it will be over like every other fashion ... what we should start is every shoe shop only selling heels and or trainers...
Dawn HH Posted June 27, 2005 Posted June 27, 2005 Shafted:-) I quite agree 100% with what you posted. Now is the time, let's not let it slip through our fingers. Cheers--- Dawn HH High Heeled Boots Forever!
docs41 Posted June 28, 2005 Posted June 28, 2005 That sounded like a couple of cool ladies. I liked where the second woman was going with the conversation. Too bad you couldn't have talked longer with her. She is right, we should expand our horizons!! If the shoe fits-buy it!!!!!!
crotchhiboots Posted July 14, 2005 Posted July 14, 2005 I agree it's just the narrow minded idiots that are missing something. I have worn heels out and some of the most interesting conversation I'v had were with women started because of my shoes. I wish that I could have been a fly on the wall for that conversation. 77r90dL lf
