need help in ordering from TLSB

hello all

i would like to buy 5" knee high boots from tlsb (the little shoe box)

but im not sure what uk size i need to order

my feet is 24.5 centimeter measuring from the back of the heel

till the longest of my toes

i measured it while my back of my feet is againt the wall

can anyone with experience ordering from tlsb can help me decide

which uk size should i order (i think it should be 4 or 4.5 uk)

they advice me taking 5 uk but only to be on the safe side though i rather refer an exact size since its gonna cost alot so i wanted anyone who allready bought from them to share his experience thanks
