youngwolf Posted August 12, 2004 Posted August 12, 2004 Hiho, well in about 2 hours time I'll be talking a walk off the estate wearing normal boots then I'll be changeing into my platforms, then I'll take a trip into town and back to see what they're like for walking a long distance. I'll post again this morning to let you all know how it went We are what we are, let nothing stand in our way in what we do
loveheel Posted August 13, 2004 Posted August 13, 2004 Good luck. Let's us know how your experience works out
Bubba136 Posted August 13, 2004 Posted August 13, 2004 How far is the walk to town? Being mentally comfortable in your own mind is the key to wearing heels in public.
youngwolf Posted August 13, 2004 Author Posted August 13, 2004 Hiho again, it went pritty well, not a soul in sight and it was quite comfortable walking around in them...even up hill, and down for that matter. The distance into town from were I live Bubba is about half a mile I think. All in all pritty nice time so I'll be trying my other boots tonight to see how they work out. We are what we are, let nothing stand in our way in what we do
genebujold Posted August 13, 2004 Posted August 13, 2004 Good for you! And if you find a few taking a gander here and there, no matter. All's the better for advancing our cause.
