If you are ever in London, it is definitely worth a visit, as they always have plenty of heels in stock which you can try on in the back of the shop. The staff are very friendly too. God Luck, Neil. I've never tried them as I'm not into fetish type heels, but I have had reports of mislayed orders, late orders, and incorrect orders. Xaphod showed me a pair with VERY shoddy workmanship. I think it depends who you get. They have lots of craftsmen working for them, so it's down to luck. Having said that, I've seen others who have been very satisfied with their service. I have ordered numerous shoes from them without any probs, Sharon is fantasic to deal with. Highly recommended. They supply heels up to ballet and even 73\4" without a platform in UK size 10.
