Depends on what's wrong with the zipper. 

If the pull tab is broken, that's an easy replacement. 

If the slider is damaged, that's not too difficult if you can find the exact mechanical replacement, which can be tricky, which is why some people only like YKK's standard zipper models.

If the teeth are worn and come apart by themselves or the zipper fabric is ripped, that's a lot harder because you have to rip the threads without damaging the rest of the material, and re-sew through the leather, zipper fabric and inside liner.  Usually, in this case, it's easier and cheaper to buy a new pair.
