[cheap boots] need help fixing folded heel counter / stiffener

Dear all,

I have often the problem of folding the inner stiffener of my boots.

The last I bought were from Aliexpress with a cardboard stiffener (or I assume) thus each time I put them on there is a great risk of folding this fragile part. And a few minutes ago, it happened.

I now there are better quality boots, but for now Aliexpress offer a nice collection of "wearable" boots in large sizes.
