zathrus69 Posted February 13, 2004 Posted February 13, 2004 I've bought these two pairs of shoes in Logo recently. Both under £20 in the Sale section. Stiletto Boots - UK7, 4.5" heel. Block-heeled Boots - UK7, 4" heel. I had to replace the heel of the block-heeled boots as they were way too noisy and attracted attention while I was streetheeling. After a quick trip to Timpsons they are now resplendent with rubber heel caps that are whisper quiet. I checked them out yesterday and, even on wooden floors, they don't sound any different to my ordinary shoes. I haven't quite plucked up enough courage to wear the stiletto's out yet :-) Zathrus
zathrus69 Posted February 13, 2004 Author Posted February 13, 2004 Oops! I was going to post the above to the Picture forum but it ended up here. Can someone move it if it needs to be moved. Thanks. Zathrus
chris100575 Posted February 13, 2004 Posted February 13, 2004 I love the stiletto boots! Ankle boots are an area I'm lacking in... Chris
new_look Posted February 13, 2004 Posted February 13, 2004 im after something similar, that height with a metal heel. l like the look, but logo dont seem to stock any siz 8's from what ive seen.
Dr. Shoe Posted February 13, 2004 Posted February 13, 2004 I've bought several pairs of 8s there in the past. Graduate footwear designer able to advise and assist on modification and shoe making projects.
Dawn HH Posted April 13, 2004 Posted April 13, 2004 Zathrus69:-) I really like your block heeled boots. This is the style that I have been using in practicing my street-heeling. The heel is broad enough to keep my ankles straight and support them. 4" is also the height of heel that I use. Cheers--- Dawn HH High Heeled Boots Forever!
