Ynotme Posted June 22, 2014 Posted June 22, 2014 Back in November when I found this site and High Heel for Men, I spent a lot of time reading lots of posts for hours not getting enough sleep. I read how others went out heeling without any problems and bought shoes and tried them on in public and the sales people where all right with it in general. I have been wearing heels under my pants for years hiding them and not a lot of heel clicks so I can pull it off ok and no one notices low heels under jeans. So at Xmass 2013 as we all go out at that time to stock up on various things for us for the year (hose skirts tops Heels) I went into the local Pebbles store at Noon dressed in my usual winter outfit sweatshirt heavy winter coat (-5 F or so out) boot cut women’s jeans and a pair of Rocket Dog ankle boots low heel and quite also under my jeans to see what they may have. As I walked around did not see anything in the clothes I liked as I got to the shoe dept I found some nice (I think) Rampage pull on knee boots Eleanor 3 ½ in heel (in pic) on the tag over the boxes for $39.99 us. So I picked my size 10 looked them over good had found the someone had put some really used ones back in a box and walked out with new ones so I moved those to a register in that dept,I did get mine then I picked up a pair of basic pumps 3 in heel brand Unlisted Tiki Bar color nude (see pic) .for $29.95 Also found a belt too. I went up the register to pay there was a small line to wait to check out I put my boxes on the counter As the female sales person was checking the sizes of the pumps she looked up and asked me if I was buying the high heels for myself ? Well I would have said that no but after gaining more confidence after reading so much On the sites I sad YES well there was a slight pause next she then asked do you wear heels? I said some times and we left it at that. At the time they where giving coupons and offers when you checked out so as I was waiting I had heard it already so she says that men are funny and don’t use coupons so in the bag they went. I got the home and the boots fit and feel great as I looked at my receipt I saw that the boots where charge at $49.95. So the next day I went back to the store to see this time I wore my Merona Meltito (the ones in the dirty mirror pic) they have a 4 in heels also quite under the jeans .I went and saw I was correct and the price was $39.95 I also picked up a pair of those Unlisted pumps in black. Went to the registers to the same sales person she looked up and said Oh no a problem with the heels? I said no and pointed out the difference in price of the boots on my receipt so we both went to the shoes and I showed her the price I saw and she agreed But on the other side of the sign it was $49.95. As we where going back she said that she need to apologize for what she said yesterday that it was not of her business what I bought she also said that she told her daughter what she said to me then we talked about her being a waitress before and that fooling with her customers was what she was use too, I said that’s ok no problem. As we where waiting for her register that someone was using it to checkout others I said by the oh by the way and I pulled up the leg of my jeans to show her my boots she looked down and said oh those are nice are those from yesterday? I sad no she asked did you get them here she asked? I said there from Target and got the last year, nice she said. We checked out and used the coupons she gave me and left. Well I can just imagine the conversation she had with her daughter that night about the guy that bought heels in high heels today. Not bad for one of my first times coming out in public to strangers Then I went back a few days later to look at some other boots there as I was walking in She saw me and said Shoe shopping again huh .I said yes busted and I have to use the coupons I got from you. Got a pair of boots and worked up the courage to try at least one for the fit (not up to both at that time) got them but returned them they had a tear in them I did not see. So its nice to see how people can react to guys in heels sometimes.
