My ideal would be something like a sturdy round-toed boot with a thick sole and a chunky heel and a profile sole with let's say a 4.5" instep. Or even a slightly daintier version. But lace-up boots! nhoj62 Posted December 23, 2003 Share Posted December 23, 2003 i noticed on me travels round bristol here in uk that barrets have a lace up boot that is knee high and seems to be in two colour brown and black, the heel is between 2 and 3 inch. later nhoj62 the higher the boot, the higher the heel, the better the feeling!
