Help On Prolapse Forfoot

heelloverind

Question

Hi Forum Sorry if this been before on another thread, but I can't find the search function :-) I have been walking in my 12 cm italien Lola pumps for about a month several hours each day. Now I feel a little pain in my right foot. I have bought a pair of pelotte and glued in a pair of 10 cm pumps. And I will use them for indoor walking in some time. Can I go back to my 12 cm pumps or even my 14 cm Oxford, which I was nearly able to walk in before the pain started ? I Then I could buy pelottes for them also. Yours Heellover P.S: It's also called Mortom neurom

In English this is Morton's Neuroma. I had a painful small lump in the ball of one foot. Didn't know what it was so went to the doctor who said it was Mortons Neuroma. He suggested using these: http://www.compeed.co.uk/compeed-footcare After a few days it improved a lot. ALthough I can still feel a slight lump there is no pain. Got the same iin theother foot now but that doesn't hurt. http://www.nhs.uk/conditions/mortonsneuroma/Pages/Introduction.aspx I was amused when the doctor said that the problem is far more common in women than men. When I sked why he mentioned high heels and badly fitting footwear. I don't wear HH all the time, probably only about 10% of the time so I don't think that was the cause for me.

I found my English name using Google Translate, but thanks for giving the correct English name. I had found it also, but thought is was more the Latin name. I have bought this pair: http://www.matas.dk/matas-forfodspelotte Sorry in danish, but maybe you can is the picture :-) I walk maybe 2-4 hours each day, but in my 12cm pumps it was a little more in a month. Will you recomment that I go back to my 12cm pumps, if I buy another pair of peloot (sorry if it is a danish name) for my 12cm ?
