mtnsofheels
Just before Christmas (like 3 days before) I tore my meniscus cartilage in my right knee. While it s not a major knee injury it did take me away from regular winter work. I found that wearing 3-4" heeled shoes and boots made it feel better versus flat soled footwear. Then shortly after having the knee scoped (surgery to fix the tear), I refrained from wearing heeled boots simply because the risk of further injury(mind you I was not doing a lot of walking or moving about for a week after the procedure) however now 2 weeks after I am wearing 4" wedge heeled boots again and it feels good. Has anyone else had similar experiences with knee injuries? Or any other leg hip injury stories out there? Mtnsofheels
roniheels
No, but I can imagine that the stretching of your legs while wearing heels could only assist in the rehab of your knee. Glad you're doing OK.
