New insoles and arch designs work to redistribute weight from the ball of the foot to the arch and heel." Sounds good to me. Support the foot correctly and high heel shoes become comfortable. It will feel like flats, but has a four inch heel. it's not a statement to be taken as literal, but a nice way to hook interest. I can appreciate that.
