Although it is originally aimed to young women, men can learn a lot from it. Paragraphs 2, 3 and 5 made me great sense for these lines: + "By worrying about what other people might think, you are only enabling others to bring you down. Don’t. If you don’t love your look, no one will." + "LAYERING paves the road to redemption." + "Enjoy being YOUNG! Enjoy being cool!" + "Imagine what kind of person you want to be perceived as."
