Has anyone else noticed that walking BACKWARDS in heels stretches the foot in a more comfortable way? I'm able to walk in higher heels than normal, with straight legs, quicker using this method. TIP: It is a bit tricky, so don't be tempted to take any weight on your hands/arms holding yourself up to balance, as that defeats the object. I guess it's to do with the weight distribution being on the opposite foot to normal, when walking backwards. Has anyone else tried it or had any success?
