007 Posted December 30, 2008 Posted December 30, 2008 Has anyone else noticed that walking BACKWARDS in heels stretches the foot in a more comfortable way? I'm able to walk in higher heels than normal, with straight legs, quicker using this method. TIP: It is a bit tricky, so don't be tempted to take any weight on your hands/arms holding yourself up to balance, as that defeats the object. I guess it's to do with the weight distribution being on the opposite foot to normal, when walking backwards. Has anyone else tried it or had any success?
Stilettoscot Posted December 31, 2008 Posted December 31, 2008 Not yet, but sounds interesting. Will give it a go...thanks! Walking in ultra-highs because it's exciting...and it is!!
