  1. As an update, I have been wearing girls/juniors/womens jeans since my teens, way over 35 years. I prefer bootcut and flare leg jeans, but do wear straight leg jeans to work, and I also have several pairs of skinny and ultra skinny jeans. As for the stitching on the back pockets, I like it. Many styles of mens jeans have stitching on the back pockets now. I have over 100 pairs of jeans and none of them are mens styles. Many of them have stitching on the back pockets, but many do not have any stitching on the back pockets at all. I also have many pairs of jeans in wild colors, like pink, purple, yellow and red. Most of my jeans are various shades of blue tho.

  2. Yes!!!, just as long as I got to wear the styles of shoes and boots that I was selling. Also that I would be able to purchase the styles that I loved at a discount, and that the store carries larger sizes, 12,13,14. Also that men are able to come in, look at shoes and boots, and be fitted and purchase all while being respected.

  3. well, since my last post, I have a few revisions. "new" daily driver is a 1976 ford granada 2door sedan with a 4.1 liter inline 6 and automatic transmission. recently aquired a 1980 vw rabbit 2 door diesel that I am working on. just came back from the auto show, really want one of the 2010 vw rabbit diesels that are coming out this fall...hmmmm, might have to sell the CXT....

  4. well, I have been wearing "girl jeans" for the last 35 years, and I prefer them as they fit much better then mens jeans. most of my jeans are boot cut or flare leg jeans, but do have many pair of straight leg jeans that I wear to work. I am tall, 6'4" in bare feet, so I tend to wear "tall" styles of jeans. My boot cut and flare leg jeans are better to wear with higher heels or boots though.

  5. well, last time I attempted to count, I lost count somewhere in the low 300s, and normally buy 2 or 3 pair per month, should I be able to find some that I do not currently have. when others ask how many pair of shoes/boots I have, I normally reply " Imelda Marcos would be proud" . and I am sure that she would be proud of Dr.Shoe also. many of my shoes/boots are 4" heels, also many pair of 5" heels and several pair of 6" heels and higher (although those are reserved for use in the bedroom). also, not included in the counts are many pair of womens athletic shoes, and "low" heels ( 3" and lower, including flats). I no longer own any style of male footwear, and havn't for almost 25 years.

  6. I have been wearing juniors/ womens jeans and slacks since my teens. When I first started wearing them they were called bell bottoms, but now wear mostly bootcut or flare leg jeans, except for wearing straightleg jeans to work. I have worn almost all styles, from highwaisted to ultra low rise, and have not owned any mens jeans or slacks for over 35 years. Unless they are a wild color, like pink or purple, very few have ever noticed, and very few have ever commented. Those who have commented have almost always had positive comments.

  7. I also take excption to the EVERYBODY comment. I for one in over 25 years and in many different states, and many different stores, ALWAYS take the cart to a corrall or back to the store. There is a store here in the usa that has a cart system that you must deposit .25 cents (a quarter) in a box on the cart to release it from the line. To get your quarter back, you MUST return the cart to the line, and re attach the chain to toe next cart in line. the name of the store is ALDI, and you NEVER see any "stray" grocery carts in their parking lots. They also charge .25 cents per grocery bag, to get customers to bring their own bags to the store to take home their groceries. Also, here in Minnesota, Super Valu grocery stores, give customers .15 cents off their order for customers that bring their own grocery bags to bag the groceries with.

  8. OK, I thought that I had posted on this topic, but apparently not. Here come the enviormentalists... All have large V-8 engines, except the CXT which has a 6 cylynder 2 stroke diesel engine. Fuel economy, hehehe, don't ask, lets just say it is in the single digits. 10. I was about 10 years old when I remember trying on my moms highheels. My mom is very short, she is only 5'2" tall, so she has worn highheels all of her life. Moms feet were excptanally large, she wore a size 10. My mom has more pairs of highheels then Imelda Marcos, all of them 5 to6" tall. So I found some of her heels that she didnt wear because of the style, my dad was the worlds worst shoe buyer, so those shoes were the ones given to her for her birthday, or christmas, so I knew that mom wouldnt miss them. At first her shoes were loose, but as I got older, they fit me perfectly, I was in the 7th grade in 1974, so disco was just getting started, and highheels and platforms were starting to come into style for both male and female also bellbottom jeans were in style.By the time I was in 8th grade, I was wearing moms highheels to school, and loving it. About the middle of the 8th grade, mom caught me wearing her old heels and she encouraged me!!! She thought that it was awesome that I loved the same types of shoes that she did and for my birthday she took me out shopping for my own shoes. At that time I was 13 years old and I have worn at least 4" highheels ever since. Mom is now 83 years old and cant wear highheels any more. But she still loves highheels and still buys them for me and sends highheels to me for my birthday and christmas, I cant wait for moms package to come. she knows what size that I wear in the different styles and insists that I take pictures of the shoes on my feet after getting them and sending the pictures to her.....I know that this is kind of long, and I hope that you enjoy reading it....

  11. When you do not have anymore shoes for the sex that you are, If you are male, no athletic shoes, or mens style shoes. When you have more shoes/ boots than your significant other... When your friends refer to you as having more shoes / boots than Imelda Marcos. When it takes an hour to coordante your shoes/boots with your outfit.
