  1. I'm usually light on my feet so I don't feel a lot of pressure when standing in heels. I'll sit down whenever I can, despite of that. I like to roll my ankles around to take off some stress of being in the same position all the time. I never wear padding or gel of any kind before. Just natural bare feet in my heels. Yes, wearing heels can get hot, but more so in boots. Thta's why I don't wear boots too often. Just when it gets cold out. At least when I have my heels on, I can take them off when I'm at my desk at work.

  2. Yeah, it depends. There are the lacey panythose that I like to wear. It's very sexy. And then there's the regular sheer pantyhose in which I like nude, off white, or darker pantyhose like navy blue or black. It just depends on your outfit.

  3. Wow, if you have a great job I don't know what you're so worried about. As for me, I'm not in my dream job, but I don't hate it either. It's something I have to do to pay the bills. but I never get that Sunday blues feeling that you have. Once at work, I'm all about the focus and that's it. Next thing you know, the work week flies. It goes by very fast for me. Quite a few times, I confuse Thursdays and Fridays for Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

  4. OMG, I would be willing to spend about $600-$700 for a pair of Christian Louboutin shoes!!! Gorgeous and sexy. I only have two pairs, that's it and I only wear them for a short time going out to high profile dinner parties or work training seminars. I don't go shopping in them or clubbing. Things can get a little too messy for these pair of heels to handle!!

  5. Hey girls, as for me, I never had any complications walking in high heel shoes. Even long time ago, I use to wear 3" on occassions with ease. WHen I started working for my new job awhile back, there was a dress code for wearing high heel shoes. So of course I started out wearing 3" heels everyday to work. My feet has grown accustomed to it. Over time, my love of high heel shoes expanded and went into higher heels. Jumped right into the 5" heel scene. Then 6". You see, I'm not on my feet all day. I sit a lot. When I do walk, it's on carpet. The entire floor where I work is carpeted so that provides padding already. At my desk, sometimes I take off my shoes to let it breathe. Don't want my feet to sweat, lol. Even when I go out shopping and such, I would find time to sit down and rest like at a Starbucks or something. You'll find that the longer you wear your heels, the more your feet will grow into them. Even if you have to start out wearing lower heels and gradually move upwards in heel height, you'll get use to it as I have.

  6. At work, seems like all the gals are always checking to see what others are wearing. You can see some of the jealous looks they have, and somehow translate into an attitude problem. I can see some dirty looks girls in the office gives me. Ooo, I hate it. I feel like scratching them in the face at times. In my mind, I'm like, "What's your problem #*$&?" I can't help it if I like shoes. There is no dress code saying what type of high heels we should be wearing. I think they're just jealous that I can walk in a higher heel with confidence then they can. Some of them try, and you can see that they don't have it down, lol. At least not yet anways.

  7. I'm enjoying my the rest of this year as 25 before I turn one year older in 2011. Yikes!!! I'm old, I know. But for women, we take aging seriously. As for high heels, I'm very, very active. I wear them to work everyday ranging from 5"-6" in height. I generally wear strappy sandals, open toe, or stiletto pumps. At home, I enjoy my nice pair of Pleaser mules. I can wear high heels all day because my feet has grown accustomed to them. I can still wear my running shoes but only for a short time before my feet starts to hurt.

  8. I didn't even realize Survivor is still airing. Wow. What season is it in now? It's got to be like the 10th or something for it to last this long. It's been so long since I've seen the first few episodes of Survivor, I forgot what they do on there. I know it's kind of like an elimination thing where people one by one gets canned off some island until there is one ultimate survivor left.

  9. When I'm a good girl, I like being Wonder Woman. Sexy, strong, and bold. She's a warrior and stands up for everyone's right. Determined. Plus, I love her outfit. She's walking around in a swimsuit and people still respect her. I wish I can be like that when I go out, lol. Will people accept me? They'll think I'm nuts!!!!!! When I'm a bad girl, I like being Dark Phoenix. Yes, I do look at comics from time to time from the guys I hang out with. She's suppose to be good, but her desire overtook her senses. Now, she craves more power and seduction. Oooooo. I love it.

  10. Seems like there are quite a few threads on peep toes stilletos already. Interesting how they're popping up and I'm wearing one right now, lol. Coincidence, huh? As for me, I don't wear nylons with my peep toe shoes. I personally think it takes away the beauty of the feet. It's kind of like wearing pantyhose and sandals. That is fashion kill. I don't usually wear pantyhose, but when I do, I'll wear them with my boots or sometimes with my 5" stilletos. Wearing them in 6" is hard because my feet will keep slipping. Not that 5" is any easier, lol. So I go bare most of the time.

  11. Can someone please tell me if it is OK to wear stockings with peep toe shoes? I have heard from women that it is not ok.

    Mark NYC _/|_/|

In my opinion, it is true. I mean, why wear peep toes if you aren't showing them off? Toes that is. I'm wearing one right now as a matter of fact here in work typing this to you. I'm bare always, well, most of the time anyways. Especially now that it's in the 90's outside, I don't want any stuffiness to get in the way of my comfort.

  12. When I worked at; I always wore high heel boots or court shoes for work. The minimum heel height was 5 inches. I strived to wear 6 inch heels on a regular basis and even tried on two occassions to wear 7 inch heels. That proved very difficult until I trained myself to wear the highest heel which took six months.

What do you wear for office work?

    Teeza (Sue)

OMG, we're the same!! I only wear 5 or 6" heels. I haven't really touched 7" yet other than some of my friend's ballet stilletos, but they were uncomfortable. I'm sticking with 6" though as they are the most comfortable. I may never want to wear or try on 7" heels. I think it'll get too carried away with my look and people will think of me differently. 5-6" are very common these days. Especially around my building. Sometimes, I think the girls are competing to see who's got he better shoes. Hmmm.

Right now in the office, I'm wearing a Pleaser 6" stilletos with open toe at the end to show off my toes, hehe. I feel flirty sometime and like to rub it in with the guys at work. They're gentlemens, but very professional at the same time. I likey...
