Hi Larry, Great story! After the initial shock it must have been a real thrill. I wear fem shoes frequently, although if I will be in the company of others I don't wear my more "obvious" styles. Not that I wouldn't like to say to hell with tradition and wear what I please! We all should have an experience like you!!!! Keep wearing your heels!!!

You have my sympathy! I live in the US and have dealt with a supplier in Germany called Atelier Fusaro Shoes. They are a great company and have a fantastic selection in sandals and clogs. They ship internationally too so what is my problem???? The damn freight charges to the US usually cost as much or more than the shoes!!! I agree that it would be great to deal internationally and I even have a friend in The Netherlands that I work with in shoe trades. Us shoe lovers need a network where we can have international access without the hassles!!!! Think of it, a new style of diplomacy through shoes!!!!

I like your choice in shoes. I have been a platform lover for a long time and own several pairs of loafer like the ones in your picture. I wear them in public a lot along with other styles, but I've never been brave enough to wear anything like the heels in your other pic. Good for you and keep wearing what you like.....

Glad to see that storage space is a concern for many of us. I was afraid that I was alone out there. I've long since run out of room and now have encroached on my wife's closet! I guess there could be worse problems, but I will never "purge"!!!

I started painting my toe nails about 2 years ago and I love how it looks. I wish that I could leave them painted in the summer so they show when I wear sandals, but unfortunately I'm not that brave yet. That is a disadvantage of living here in redneck central! Plats

I have to give a positive vote to leg shaving too. The feeling of smooth, hairless legs is incredible, especially when in bed next to the wife!! To take it a step further, shaving the genital area is another plus!!!! Get out the razors guys! One tip though, don't use the same razor on your face that you used on the legs. Plats

I have seen both styles on the net but never bought a pair. That does not mean that I wouldn't because they are incredibly hot!!! I think I like the thong style best but the clears are great as well. Would love to wear them in public but I wouldn't dare! (at least for now anyway!) Congratulations on a hot purchase. By the way, what size do you wear? Plats....

I would like to say hi to everyone. I recently registered here and I'm slowly navigating around. This forum is incredible to say the least! I knew there were many heel lovers out there besides myself and this site is definite proof! I wish we could all meet at a convention!!!! I live in the US, (Pennsylvania) and have worn fem shoes for many years. My collection ranges from flats to 7" heels, although I reserve the more obvious styles for wearing inside the home. Guess I'm not as brave as some guys in here! The fact that I live in a more rural area with an incredible number of misguided rednecks is an inhibiting factor in my public footwear choices. Thanks to all the moderators and everyone involved in the running of this site. We all owe you a debt of gratitude for your excellent work. I'm sure I'll have many posts before long! Plats

My user name is quite simple actually. I've been a fan of female footwear for many years, and my absolute favorites are Dr. Scholls exercise sandals. (hence the Docs portion) The 41 is my shoe size in European sizing. Although I'm from the US and wear a size 10, I use this name in other places and Docs10 was not available. I know some of you are probably thinking how could he wear those ugly things???? Can't help it, I LOVE them!!!! But if it makes you feel any better I also have a pair of Scholls heeled sandals, the "Sassy" model as well as the "Diva" style. I guess you could call my shoe collection eclectic because I have so many different styles. Plats P.S. I also go by Plats because I LOVE platforms!!!!

Hello all!! I just found this fantastic website and it is great to see so many shoe lovers, both male and female. I am another male shoe fanatic whose collection is over 100 pairs now. It consists of many styles; sandals, casuals, flats, clogs, plats, wedges and heels. I am a real slave to platforms though, and I even wear some in public. It is great to see so many like-minded individuals in here of both genders. Too bad there aren't more people with open minds like us. Certainly the world might be a better place! Glad to be here!!!! I'm a new member and really glad to have found this forum. I love the chunky boots and shoes that have been shown on this page. I had styles very similar to these when platforms were popular in the 70's. The only difference between then and now is that guys wore them as much as girls back then! Wish it was like that today!!!!
