  1. If society wasn't so judgemental about people and stlye didn't matter if you were a man or woman I would wear my heels on a daily basis as I am sure many other's would. I would probably spend most of the days in 5.5 inch stiletto's without a platform and step up my heel height once I got home for the evening or was going out. I have worn 6 inch heels out to a party before and was able to manage just fine in them!

  2. grrrr they are no longer available in my size. Dammed summer sales hehe :irked:

So after more talk to him about shoes it seems he also likes a more 'sexy' shoe too, still not a fan of a platform.

I have to say I am loving looking for the perfect pair to please him and me. Its just finding them thats the problem. What do you guys think of these few? a few varying pictures from various sites. Obviously the first ones cause of the blue heel choice but the others just cause I like them hehe:smile:

Also has anyone used the first links site fetishoe?. They seem very cheap in comparison to other sites?

The choices you have picked are all good! I'm sure your man would be very happy with any of those choices ( I would be if I was him!!! ) I have the very same pair of D'Orsay pumps and a pair of boots in the Domina line and I really like them. I haven't delt with the first links you asked about, but the Domina pumps with the blue heel would make your man very excited I think!!!
  3. Maybe a pair of superarch 6 inch pumps from 6inchheelsforever. Their altered foot geometry could be the answer for me if I actually still even wanted to wear 6 inch stilettos. My problem is that my ankles just don't bend enough to wear them without bending my knees or breaking my ankles. That must be why people call them ankle breakers.

I have 3 pairs of 6ihf's special arch pumps. They are by far my most favourite shoes to wear. The shoes special arch really hepls and I am able to wear them the longest out of all my 6 inch heels. Infact, I am wearing a pair right now!
  4. I mostly prefer 14cm/5.5 inches as I can wear them having large feet. Unfortunately :irked:. I can walk in them around the house easily and that made me think I could walk in them outside as well. Well, not quite. I often have to close up the place I work in and that recently gave me the idea to do so while wearing a pair of Leatherworks 5.5 inch heels. At home I usually lounge about, and just go to the bathroom or kitchen. Walking around for half an hour closing things off made me realize my skills aren't there yet by fare. I wouldn't say I was walking around like a whale, but I don't think it was elegant either. Plus I'm way slower in heels then I imagined I would.

Overall a very interesting experience that I will probably repeat. Again in 5.5inch heels, because once you go up, anything lower loses its thrill.

I think it's great that you decided to wear your 5.5 inch heels to close up at your work! Even though you think your skills aren't quite there, the more you do it, the easier it will be. Let us know how your future closings of the store go, and also if you increased you heel height. Like you said "once you go up, anything lower loses it's thrill"
  5. I agree with you, Roberto74! I own a pair of 6 inch stilettos with no platform and I can barely walk in them. After owning them for several years I realized that I'm not going to get any better in them. BTW they are size US11. Maybe the guys with larger foot sizes can wear them as the instep isn't quite so extreme. I have heard several claims from other members that they can wear them, but from my own experience I tend to doubt it without video proof.

I thought the same thing when I first bought a pair of 6 inch stiletto's, but then again, I thought that about my 5.5 inch shoes too! I was so determined to walk in them and practiced as much as could and am so glad I did. I think I became a bit obsessed with seeing just how high of a heel I would be able to walk in ( hence the question ) that I kept buying shoes or boots with higher heels. The one thing I have found is that the shoe design plays a big part ( for me anyway ) when it comes to being able to walk in them. I have some cheap pairs of 6-7 inch heels but can't walk in them comfortably. You might find that with the right 6 inch heel you may after all be able to walk in them easier than you can in the pair you currently own!
  6. I can 'walk' in a 16cm/6.25" pair of heels with no platform (in black size 42 eu from www.fuss-schuhe.de) but then what do you call walking?!! I think many around here own a pair of 6"or even 7" heels and wears them sometime indoors, but actually wear them going out and walk in an elegant way only few can I think, and I have much respect for the one who does!!

I'm kind of wobbly still and for sure when wearing them longer than 15min without sitting down and on hard floors it's more difficult than carpet or other surface where the heel slightly sinks... I have a pair of 18cm/7.2" heels but even standing in them is very hard without bending the knees...

I don't have any lower heels in my size, (I think it's less exciting when a heel can be walked in with ease) but I think I can manage a 12.5cm/5" heel and walk quite 'normal' in them for some time. I'm going to get a pair someday in that height (or similar arch with platform) or a 14cm/5.5" heel that probably is the perfect heel where the foot is in a vertical position and with practice the wearer still can walk elegantly in...

Any woman that walks even in town/shopping etc with great elegance in anything higher than 12.5cm/5" deserves great respect in my opinion!:irked:

I know exactly what you mean. I too admire anyone who is able to walk elegantly in such high heels. I have only a couple pairs of heels that I am not able to walk in or keep my legs straight in ( I am slowly working on that though! ) I just love the challenge of walking in such extreme heels! I am very comfortable in 6.5 inch heels and have worn them outside for a late night walk on several occasions, but I don't think I will be doing so in any of my 7 inch heels any time soon. I wear my 7 inch heels around the house and out on the patio but that is as far as I will go!
  7. Hi

I do find that when I put them on I have to be carefull how my toes go in or they get bent the wrong way so have to relax and gently ease my toes down into the shoe

I think they are very sexy looking

Being forced to wear them all day appeals to me!

Would you wear such high heels all day?

They are very sexy looking indeed and there is nothing wrong with being forced to wear them all day. If I was forced to wear a pair of my 6 inch or higher heels all day I would definately do so!
  8. Hi everyone!

I´m Malin from Sweden and as the rest of you here I´m a heeloholic... :)

All kind but for walking I prefer skyhigh wedges.

This is my latest buy from my new favourite, Alejandro Ingelmo:

    Not so bad, ehh?

Welcome to High Heel Place, I love the new shoes! Any pictures in your sky high wedges?
  9. Wife & I are huge into highheels. She has around 300 pairs of heels & boots, all with 5" or higher heels. In the last year she has 25 pairs with 6" plus heels that she wears all the time. We have lots of photos but very few are of the shoes only. What should we post.
