  1. Hi Lucy, Happily, I may advance my avitar standing by replies to you alone! :) Apparently I was wrong about the ease to which you brought the intractable Happy and Slappy under your control. :D I humbly await your further reports on this magnificent road test. 8) Regards, raincat

  2. Hi Lucy Just a note from one of your long-time admirerers here on the hhforum. I really enjoyed the first installment of your report on "One of the World's Sexiest Mules", Slappy and Happy. Perhaps you should have named them the "Cliffhangers" in honor of your leaving us wondering what happened after only you'd "tried taking one or two tentative steps forward." A second reason for the suggested new name would be that they were placed on the mantelpiece until they beckoned you to be worn! I look forward to further reports on these amazing shoes. The heel height looks good; tall enough to be "interesting", but not so tall as to be unmanagable. Of course, we readers will have to wait until your futher report to see how the one, narrow, low, toestrap works out. (I'm betting you managed fine in them, even if it did take a few steps for you to figure out how to manage the strap with toe tension.) Although I don't respond often to your offerings on the forum, I would like you to know that I always go straight to the Lucy Story whenever I notice a new installment has been posted. You have done so much to keep things interesting and vibrant, and I thank you for each of your many contributions. Many happy returns. Regards, raincat :bday:

  3. Hey PC, it's great to see that you're posting again. Would you by any chance have any pics from different angles to show off the beauty of the lovely Ms. Missy in these shoes? Thanks for sharing this with us.

  4. Is there anyone out there besides myself who is filled with disgust when they read on anyone's profile that their interest is "high spiky heels and the sluts who wear them". How could anyone show more disrespect for the wonderful and delightful women who venture into these forums? And what better way to make them want to not return? I am surprised that the moderators allow such degrading comments to be permantely posted in a venue such as this, where most contributors work diligently to keep well above such a disrespectful atmosphere. Susan (the original), Lucy, Candice, Erica, Serenity, Becky, Ann-Louise, Vanity, AnitaC, RubberVicki and many others have made invaluable contributions to these forums, only to be criticised to the point of being driven away. Ladies, let it be known that I, for one, appreciate all that each of you has contributed. If it were in my power to apologize for the many indignities heaped upon you by this minority of members, I would do so. However, I have no authority to apologize for the actions of another. I voice my respect for each of you. Count me among your admirerers.

  5. Hi Jim Glad to see you here. My sentiments echo those of Bubba136. Although I registered onto this form some time ago, it's only been recently that I've been "paying attention". Looking forward to catching up on things. Hope all is well with you. Regards, raincat

  6. Hi JK Must preface my remarks by saying that I am not a doctor. It looks like you did the right thing by seeing your doctor and he's on the right track to get your problem taken care of. Good for him, good for you. As I was reading about your problem with your legs, what came to mind was a mineral imbalance, such as with calcium, phosphorous, or possibly magnesium. Something like this could possibly contribute to the enzyme imbalance? You might want to ask him about it. Glad to see that the high heels were not the cause of the problem! Regards, raincat
