  1. I agree ,I dont like buckles, zippers,or most orniments on my heels. Plain black or brown boots are just fine. I like to wear slides alot and the biggest problem is all the stuff they want to put on them like puffs or shiny things on the toes.Just like simple leather or suede heels.

  2. Hi pj22,happens all the time to us women too. I dont know how many shoe Ive sent back. The best thing I have found is to find a brand that fits you and stick with that brand for other styles because theyll usally fit pretty much the same. I lile to buy online from Zappos because there is alot of reviews of the shoes and how they fit.Hope that helps ......... Barbara

  3. The positive effect on my happiness, as a result of wearing heels, far out-ways any possible negative effect on my body. Besides, doing weight lifting, or any other type of exercise that builds muscle bulk will also have the effect of shortening muscles. If anyone is worried about it, then you just have to do some stretching exercises to take care of that issue.

I agree completly, the idea of not wearing heels is out of the question. The way I feel and the sense of self esteem outway the down side of wearing heels. Ill do what I have to to stay healthy.
  4. Really like the shoes and boots you picked up brake blocks. I love shopping at Goodwill, etc type stores and consignment shops. I think its kind of fun to see what you,ll find. If you do find a great pair of boots or heels there a good chance they might be broken in.

  5. Ok so here is a picture of what these shoe's kind of look like with the skirt I keep going on about. The picture really does not do the 2 justice and I am in a spot where I do not have my good camera to take a picture with. SO I hope this will solicite a few more suggestion's.

I think it looks good, thanks for showing us your skirt and shoes
  6. Dear heidi.bier, you seem pretty interested in the springolator shoes. Ive tried to explain what the shoe is and what they look like. I wish you would look at the shoe site I mentioned and you can see what they do look like. I dont think they have any of the high heel boots you seem to like though. By the way Im not much of a collecter of barbie dolls or stamps

  7. I agree ,mules are my heels of choice. I wear them most of the year unless its snowing or something. I like to wear them around the house too. Slide are great to show off a nice pedicure though.

  8. I agree that not as many women wear heels to work. It seems that many women are on a real practical kick.At my office out of 10 women only 2 of us wear heels daily. The weathers nice and I wear slides or slingbacks most the time.

  9. This is for all of the single people out there. I was wondering which finger or fingers you wear your rings on? And is there any significance as to which finger you wear them on?

I bought a ring yesterday and I was wearing it on my left hand next to the pinkie. I am a left handed person and that is wear it felt most comfortable on me and fit the best. When I showed it to my mother she said it was nice but that I should wear it on my other hand as that is the "marriage" finger. On my right hand it feels oddly out of place and it doesn't fit as good.

    Any thoughts?

I think you should wear a ring on which finger is comfortable. I dont see why a ring on the left ring finger should indicate anything unless its a wedding ring or wedding band.So much of these rules are really old fashion.Im single and have worn a silver signet ring on my left pinky finger for years.
