  1. Heelsfan Hi, It doesn't bother what people wear so long as they are nice people. I have known some stinkers in my time and they didn't wear heels :D and although I'm making light of it by putting in the laughing smilie I am being deadly serious. Eddie I love because he has found a true Freestyle way. He has made good use of how he is and transformed that image into a kind of androgenous style. As a woman I still find him manly and sexy regardless of what he is wearing because he has the confidence and has found the style that really suits him. He has used makeup, hair colour, clothing, breast prosthesis and of course shoes/boots to enhance what he has got and the results are quite stunning. He aspplies his makeup well and has a funky short dyed haircut. I bet I sound quite mad really but I know I'm not the only female to find him very sexy that's for sure :( I think the key is to use all these things is to make your own style with the assets you are given and to enhance rather try to completely change into something you are not and of course the main thing is wear it all with confidence and pride. He is definately a good role model for all of us anyway. Love you you all and Happy New Year Julie xxx

  2. Hi Smudge How are those blue denim sandals :( ? JeffM kindly bought them for me for a Christmas present from banana shoes and I think the idea was to get me inspired to get posting again. I think he knows me quite well :( I will be taking more pictures of them on xmas day as I've had to rewrap them :o but I shall post more pictures and fill you in with a diary episode. Have a great Christmas and I hope father christmas leaves you a nice addition or two for your personal collection. Hey actually I think that goes for everyone here :D Love to you Julie xxx

  3. Hi guys,

It hurts me to say this but I won't be around for a while.

You may or may not have noticed my absence but I am going through a bit of a "sorting out my life" phase.

I have had the most awful year for one thing and another and I need time to sort my life out completely. Unfortunately this also means letting YY go for a while too. He has been one of the most understanding wonderful people I've had the privilege to meet and has been a great help to me, but I'm not ready for a full on relationship at the moment as I have too many things to sort out, and he does too really. We have had an amazing summer together but I can't keep running away from sorting my life out. I know that he loves me because he is letting me go to do this and I admire him immensely it takes a very special person to allow that of another human being and he is certainly that.

This is probably one of the hardest things I've had to do as all you guys are wonderful and I've had a great time on here plus you have all been so kind but I need to take a trip down to earth and sort my c**p out.

Happy heeling to all of you and special thanks to Yam :- )>-<, Jo, Jim, Jeff and of course the wonderful Ruud :(

    Until tomorrow

    Ciao xxxx

  4. I think its worthwhile to call our children's attention to events that occur only once in a lifetime. Even though they might not appreciate it now, in the future when ever its mentioned again, they can say "yes, I saw that when I was 8 years old" -- or something like that. In this case, no one living today will be around to witness the next time Mars is this close to the earth.

Funnily enough I pointed it out to my other two elder children, on Wednesday night as they were leaving after coming over for the youngest's birthday. My eldest, another daughter, was again "Oh is that all. I was expecting a planet the size of the moon and not something that looks like a torch  " whereas my son was impressed  I was surprised that they knew nothing about it actually, and me, well I think it's beautiful and magical as I've said before...
