Oh! I am so happy and proud!
thank you !
But also a bit ashamed because of so many other wonderful legs which could have also won.
Anyway more happy than ashamed as I take it as a result of lot of sport and careful diet.
Thanks again
Pierre
Congratulations, Pierre! That was well deserved!

The question is:what is your opinion.I usually wear real typical men clothes plus shoes with Cuban or block heels. In general visible. But nothing more extreme or could have anyLGTB connotation
So today was a test and I am just wondering if In your opinion anything is wrong
Any comment will be appreciated
Pierre
Hi Pierre, nothing at all is wrong with your look. On the contrary, it´s a great and well coordinated look in my opinion. Jeans, shirt, belt (I LOVE that belt) and your boots are perfect together. The heels look actually quite high and they might have caught the attention of these guys.
You probably just had the luck to pop into some narrowminded people who haven´t yet learned to think outside their usual clichés. And by the way, what exactly is a LGBTQ connotation?I think that´s sort of a cliché in itself. Keep on wearing your super nice outfits and heels! I really do you like your style!

Hello Pierre,

The skinny jeans are perfect with your heels. Good to hear that you received some nice feedback :-)
I find it very appropriate to wear high heels in a city like Toronto, where Western Ranch used to make their beautiful boots and that is home to http://www.batashoemuseum.ca/ .
Have a good time there and a safe flight back!

Pierre, those Oxford heels are fantastic! I hope you received some nice compliments. Which brand are they? They look a bit like my Omanos or that Spanish maker from Alicante (estresmodes). Did you wear them on the whole trip? My admiration.....as 15 cm requires some good "heeling skills" :-)

No doubt about that. !!
great look!

I absolutely agree with Pierre - that´s a very stylish & professional look. You look great!

I also assume that the blue boots are Miguel Jones boots. I own one pair from that maker and cannot really recommend them.
The fit and the leather quality aren't the best. They can't be compared to the superior quality of Spikemike's fantastic boots.

tomham : Love those knee highs. How often do you wear them ? where do you wear them ? Example : Would/Do you wear them out to Fasching <-- spelling ? spikesmike
Hello Spikesmike, your spelling of "Fasching" is correct If I´d live in the area of Cologne, it would be perfectly fine to wear my knee high boots out as Fasching or Karneval is widely celebrated there. Not so much in my area in the north of Germany.....so these boots get worn mostly indoors. I wear them from time to time and both like the look with tight jeans or with a skirt.

tomham : I would like to see full length also. I looked them up on Gianrico Mori site. Those puppies are not cheep. Good for you.
I have completely forgotten about taking some new (full length) pics with my suede boots. But I have this pic in one of my galleries here on hhplace. It´s not crystal-clear but it shows a bit more of the boots from the rear....

Anne and John : How high of a heel did/do you want on those cowboy boots ? If your current boots are tattered and worn,
maybe you should think of getting new boots instead of putting money in the old ones. These are my idea of cowboy boots.
They are made in Spain. Estres Modes = Extreme high heels. Custom made - pricey but well made. spikesmike
I really like your idea of cowboy boots!!! A great pair!

Great photo, Spikesmike! The leather jacket is fabulous!!! And everything else you´re wearing..... I´ll work on some new (full length) pics with my grey suede boots.
And concerning the not-so-cheap Gianrico Mori boots: they accept price proposals.....in my case they accepted a price of 150 € which is not exactly cheap but way less than the price they originally asked for. So if you see a pair you like, it might be worth a try.....

@Pierre1961 Being an openly gay man myself plus being a heel wearer, I have asked myself that same question many times before and I feel that many gay men struggle with fitting into certain images or clichés that are expected from others. So everything that „seems to be too feminine“ is avoided....like wearing heels. Or it is the other extreme like wearing totally exaggerated outfits (like in the drag queen scene). So I agree with you, finding other gay men being very accepting of my heels isn’t very easy.
