I must admit I used to be a mechanic and one of the hardest things to change is the alternator on an old three door Shogun. For such a big 4x4 the aperture in order to take it out was very small indeed so hard I had to stop and manipulate it so that it slotted out and then to get the new one in!!! Those were the days.

Yes they are 8260s. They are advertised as a 6 inch but in my size they are a 6.5 inch when measured at the back of the heel. They are more comfortable than my leather 6 inch courts. My legs are nearly straight when walking in them so will just take a little more practice and I will be able to wear them with any outfit. I think they look very elegant!

I am a little more conservative than that I got 4 pairs of Ellie courts with a 6.5 inch heel in assorted colours

I am glad you like them. If they are courts then they are alot more supportive. I have 4 pairs, soon to be 5 of 6.5 inch courts in different colours and love them all, They are so much more comfortable than other 6 inch I have. Don't you feel its weird that the manufacturer really counts and love Ellie shoes (sooo comfy)
