  1. Very nice shoes indeed !

May I ask you with what you intend to wear them ?

(BTW: Too bad our birthday is only once a year...)

Haven't decided yet but I seldom wear the heels I buy anyway.

    AWSOME!!!:)

Do they come in a US size 12 womens med. ?

The largest size they do is a UK 9, not sure what size that is in the US though.

  2. My new peep toe heels arrived today so this evening I quickly tried them on to check that they fitted me. Normally whenever I get new heels I always try them on first with a pair of thin socks as this avoids any barefoot friction and allows my feet to slide into the heels with ease. I can then tell immediately if they fit or not. Tonight, for some strange reason I tried on my new heels without my socks and I just couldn't seem to get my feet in without them hurting. I was almost about to resign myself to the fact that the heels were too small but then I remembered about my tip to overcome bare foot friction and went and grabbed a pair of socks. As soon as I tried on the heels with the socks they went straight on my feet without any bother and they fitted perfectly. It would be interesting to hear what methods other heel wearers use to help them get their barefeet into heels. I was thinking of perhaps rubbing a little baby lotion onto my feet first to reduce the fiction but I'm a little worried that the lotion may ruin my heels. Cheers PatentHeel

  3. Whilst on eBay the other day I came across a pair of heels which are almost identical to the first pair of heels I owned and wore. The only difference between those in the picture and the ones I owned were that mine were black patent. I can still remember going the Ravel shoe shop with my sister and she buying them for me. We were both still at school back in 1990. I loved those shoes so much but now when I look at the picture I can't help thinking that they look somewhat clunky. The patent leather ones were much nicer. During my first heel purge I got rid of them and a week later I was so wishing I hadn't. I wonder if the patent leather ones will ever re-surface on eBay?

  4. A pair of Black Patent Platform Court Shoes from Barratts online for £25

This will have to be my last purchase for a while as I've run out of places to store all my heels and my wife keeps insisting that I have a clear out. I just need to find a similar shoe to these with a peep toe and I'm done

  5. Whilst buying some perfume from my local 'Next' store yesterday I spotted some black patent almond toe heels and immediately I thought I've got to have them. All I could think about yesterday evening and this morning was these heels to the point that my stomach was churning with a mixture of adrenaline and excitement. Funny how a pair of heels can do this to you! Anyway after visiting two 'Next' stores, I'm now the proud owner of a pair.
