HI, Great Story. I too go to the Hairdresser in heels. I have been going there for the last three years. My story was similar to yours but now; I call for an appointment and receive on the next day. At first there was only one or two of the girls around when I went for a haricut. Now everyone makes sure they come in and see what Henri is wearing and to see who has the highest heels. Nothing but great comments from all. Keep up the heeling. Henri

I have the same shoes. I was at Payless thrying them on when the Store Manager walked by and said they had just come in and were fantatstic. At the time I only had one shoe on and she told me to try them both on and walk with them. I did. I loved them. I did not walk out with them. But last Thursday; I had an appointment for a dental cleaning. All of the office staff at the dental office are always in heels. YES, I wore them to the dentist. It did not take long for them to notice my heels and soon everyone was coming to reception to check on one thing or another and saying Hello. It was so obvious. When I got into the dental lab for the cleaning; the tech said " I have to ask" and I told her. I prefer to wear heels over flats. I am more comfortable in them. The only comments received were; "They look Great" and " I was wondering how they would look with my outfit." On Friday, I sent them an email asking when my next appointment and asked if they had gotten over the shock. The reply was the date of my next appoinmant and no one was shocked. They also said that I could stop by anytime in heels. It was a great experiance. Henri

The shortest heels I own ar 4". The majority are 5" stilletos. I wore a pair of red 5" stilletos to the hotel bar tonight. I found out the barmaid has a shoe fetish and loves my patent red pumps.

It is a Safety Issue for me. I work construction and can not wear at work. I do wear stillettos to and fro.

I don't wear boots but I always wear hose with my heels. Henri:wave:

This is not about my first pair of heels but interesting. I saw an ad for a new pair of 4" loafers at Payless. I had to have them. I went into a few of the stores but did not see them on the shelf. Last week; I went into a Payless that I had not been to. There they were and in my size. I had to have them. I was sitting down trying one on when the Manager came over to me. She said they had just come in and they were great. I had one on and she said I had to put the other one on and walk in them. She told me they look great and that I needed to keep them on. I DID. I usually wear 4.5" pumps. I have also worn 5" sandals and slides. However most of the time it's pumps. Henri

I agree. Why can"t I be a man in heels and a skirt. I don't want to be feminine. I just want to be a man in a skirt and heels. Also nylons make the legs look better. Henri

65 and I am NOT counting. I still look great in HIGH HEELS.
