  1. Since i just voted in the music topic and i found another eurovision songcontest topic in the older posts i thought i'd start this about this years contest. This will be the hungarian entry:

Nice song i like it, i really hope the singer won't be as nervous as he was in the hungarian final, might ruin the song totally. :wavey:

Did you like it? Do you vote on these contests? Does your country have a singer/band going on the finals? Share with us. :)

  2. Hmm, i never liked makeups, as for skirts i don't mind if she would like them or just wear pants or whatever clothing they prefer, whatever they wear should make them feel more confortable. I think its more important rule. My only "rule" would be some nice high heels at least on some occasion. :) On the other hand i would be curious what does women want a man look and act like. The other day i was reading on the web guy asked about those plastic nails if he could wear them, some replies was sure if you want to look gay but "we" want a man look and act like a man so be a man! I was thinking if strike in her nose until it bleeds would be sufficient to make us act more manly? :wavey:

  3. Good article in general, but the statement is made that gay men like to wear heels. I don't think there's any evidence to support that statement. It's a common misconception.

    Steve

Indeed it is, i think until the media starts to have different opinion about this kind of fashion there will always be misconcetions.

  4. men wearing heels are being there true self, life is short and quick, be happy in heels and have less of a care of what a female thinks, its 2012 not 1692.

I thought womens werent allowed to think back those days. :wavey:

Interesting...i always thought its men who dont want to see men in heels. Always had on my mind whether its our fetish or its really theirs (who dont want to see men in heels).

  5. I'm curious about 2 things, would a 11.5US fit me (i'm 43 eur) also the shoe has "E" width my foot is around 11cm wide (roughly 4.5in). The other thing is if i see conversion table different on the store's page than on other sites, should i use the store one or say wikipedia or other conversion charts? (on the other hand many site says different sizes for 27cm long foot - indeed its hard to shop for shoes without trying them on :/ I can't move to NY to go on shopping spree :wavey:)

  6. I do not have a plain pair of flats, but have been looking. I do have and wear a couple pairs of the Merrel Pure Glive mary jane style, one red, one black. I also have the fivefingers classic and sprint models. All are very comfortable when out and about.

Spoke too soon, these look better. Especially those 5-fingers ones. :wavey:

  7. meganiwish, don't worry about your post here, in my corner of wales, the girls get stick too. There is a guy on the twice weekly market stall, who makes a point of trying to get others to notice me, but doesn't have the gumption to speak to me directly. It usually earns him disgusted looks from shoppers, and one day, the old git will catch me in a bad mood. He is on borrowed time.

What if you went to him and say outloud, Thank you my friend, thanks to you i've become more famous and you are just as boring as before!

Haha...easy for me to tease others from the background in the cloud of shyness. :wavey:

  8. "Once they dig their feet into a pair of six-inchers and realize how incredibly awkward it feels, I think most guys will run back to flats," Musto said, musing that the most flattering high heel for a man "would probably be an open-toed one for a quick exit." This made me wonder, has anyone quit wearing high heels? And not because of health/foot problems.

  9. I'm not too sure about the average income cause where i saw the data there isnt showing whether its net income or not. However i think its around ~$500 usd Also had to look up the prices as i dont use many of those. I add 2 more, i think the fastfood restaurant exist everywhere in the world now:

Big Mac around $3.5 also movie tickets are ~$7

    Milk : 3.00$ a gallon ( 3.8liters )

    Around $0.9-1.1 / liter

    Gasoline/Petro : $4.00/US gallon

    Around $2 / liter usd

    Eggs : $2.00/dozen ( 12 )

    ~$2.4 / dozen

    Loaf of bread : $1.80

depends on the bread type but say ~$1.2

2liter bottle of Pepsi : ( varies due to sales ) from 1$-2$

    ~$1.75

    Coffee : 2lbs 1oz ( 935g ) 9$ ( varies from 6-12$ depending on brand ).

    ~$8

The hell, yeah those 300+ eur boots i seen here somewhere are too expensive for me, sadly :wavey:
